Abstract
La présente invention concerne le domaine de la chromatographie préparative. L'invention concerne un procédé rapide pour évaluer la durée de vie de colonne chromatographique pendant une chromatographie à l'échelle préparative. Le procédé mesure de manière spécifique la différence des pressions de retour de colonne obtenues à deux débits différents, pendant l'étape de nettoyage d'un processus chromatographique, afin d'évaluer la capacité de réutilisation ou la durée de vie de la résine/matrice.
