L'invention concerne un procédé de transfert de charge d'une station de base, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : recevoir une demande de service soumise par un équipement d'utilisateur ; obtenir, dans le cas d'une charge lourde, la charge d'autres stations de base qui peuvent traiter le service ; et transférer le service à une station de base ayant la charge la plus faible pour le traitement. La solution technique fournie par la présente invention peut réduire un retard de temps de service.
