본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 수분 응고층과, 판형 지지 부재와, 그리고 형태 유지 와이어를 포함하는 기술구성을 제공하므로, 기존의 화장실을 사용하지 않더라도 손 사용이 가능한 남녀노소 누구나 휴대하다가 착용하는 것으로 급뇨나 배뇨를 처리할 수 있다. 특히, 형태 유지 와이어에 의해 몸체에 밀착된 상태를 유지할 수 있어 팬티 등의 옷을 내리지 않아도 소변의 누출 없이 소변을 볼 수 있으므로, 장소, 환경, 자세 등에 무관하게 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 소변이 수분 응고층에서 응고되므로 소변 냄새로 인한 악취를 막을 수 있다. 나아가, 휴대형 소변기의 보급으로 공공 화장실의 개수를 줄일 수 있고 환경을 개선할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 슬릿이 형성된 제1 흡수성 부직포를 더 포함하는 기술구성을 제공하므로, 제1 흡수성 부직포가 슬릿을 통해 들어올려 지면서 사용 후 소변이 묻은 피부를 닦을 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 생분해성 비닐이 사용되므로, 환경오염을 최소화할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 휴대형 소변기를 개략적으로 나타낸 평면도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 휴대형 소변기를 II-II 선으로 잘라 본 단면도이며, 그리고 도 3은 도 1의 휴대형 소변기에 소변이 흡수된 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 도 1의 휴대형 소변기 중 형태 유지 와이어의 일 예를 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 5는 형태 유지 와이어의 다른 예를 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도이며, 그리고 도 6은 형태 유지 와이어의 또 다른 예를 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 휴대형 소변기(100)는, 도 1 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 수분 응고층(110)과, 판형 지지 부재(120)와, 그리고 형태 유지 와이어(W)를 포함한다. 이하, 도 1 내지 도 6을 계속 참조하여, 각 구성요소에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
수분 응고층(110)은, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 배뇨되는 소변을 직접적으로 흡수하는 구성요소로, 고흡수성수지(SAP; super absorbent polymer)(111)를 함유한다. 여기서, 고흡수성수지(111)는, 알려진 바와 같이, 자기 무게보다 수십 배에서 수백 배까지 물을 흡수할 수 있으며, 웬만한 압력에도 물을 방출하지 않는 특성을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 1회 소변량의 최대 값에 맞춰 고흡수성수지(111)의 양을 조절하여 수분 응고층(110)을 이루게 되면 배뇨되는 소변을 모두 흡수하여 응고시킬 수 있게 된다.
판형 지지 부재(120)는, 도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 수분 응고층(110)을 지지하는 구성요소이다. 따라서, 사용자가 본 발명의 휴대형 소변기(100)를 잡고 가랑이 사이로 본 발명의 휴대형 소변기(100)를 넣을 때, 판형 지지 부재(120)에 의해 본 발명의 휴대형 소변기(100)의 형태가 유지되므로, 수분 응고층(110)이 구겨지지 않고 원활하게 가랑이 사이로 삽입될 수 있어, 손 사용이 가능한 사람이면 누구나 언제 어디서든 착용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 판형 지지 부재(120)로는, 판지와 같은 경질 종이나 플라스틱과 같은 탄성이 좋은 재질이 사용될 수 있다.
그리고, 도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 판형 지지 부재(120)의 가운데에는 중공부(121)가 개구되므로, 판형 지지 부재(120)가 있더라도 이 중공부(121)를 통해 사용자의 소변이 원활하게 수분 응고층(110)으로 안내될 수 있다.
형태 유지 와이어(W)는, 사용자의 신체에서 본 발명의 휴대형 소변기(100)가 빠지지 않도록 본 발명의 휴대형 소변기(100)를 사용자의 신체에 밀착시키기 위한 구성요소이다. 이러한 형태 유지 와이어(W)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 영문 알파벳 "C"자 형태로 만곡된 형상을 가질 수 있다. 따라서, 형태 유지 와이어(W)에 의해 판형 지지 부재(120)가 "C"자 형태로 유지될 수 있어, 본 발명의 휴대용 소변기(100)를 사용자의 가랑이 사이로 넣을 경우 본 발명의 휴대용 소변기(100)는 형태 유지 와이어(W)에 의해 사용자의 가랑이 사이와 골반을 감싸며 사용자의 신체에 밀착될 수 있다. 궁극적으로, 본 발명의 휴대용 소변기(100)와 사용자의 신체 사이로 소변이 누출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
나아가, 이러한 형태 유지 와이어(W)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 판형 지지 부재(120)를 감싸는 형태의 단일폐곡선을 이루며, 도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 판형 지지 부재(120)의 가장자리에 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 형태 유지 와이어(W)는 복원력을 가지는 탄성 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자의 신체 크기에 맞게 형태 유지 와이어(W)가 벌어지거나 수축되면서 사용자의 신체에 밀착될 수 있다.
이러한 형태 유지 와이어(W1)는, 도 4 내지 도 6에 도시되 바와 같이, 세 가지의 실시예를 가질 수 있다. 일 실시예로, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 형태 유지 와이어(W1)는, 판형 지지 부재(120)의 중공부(121)를 사이에 위치시키는 중심부(171)와, 중심부(171)의 양단에 각각 연장되어 중심부(171)를 사이에 위치시키는 양단부(172)를 포함할 수 있고, 중심부(171)와 양단부(172)는 서로 하나의 몸체로 이루어질 수 있다.
다른 예로, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 형태 유지 와이어(W2)는, 판형 지지 부재(120)의 중공부(121)를 사이에 위치시키는 중심부(271)와, 중심부(271)의 양단에 각각 연장되어 중심부(271)를 사이에 위치시키는 양단부(272)와, 그리고 양단부(272) 각각을 중심부(271)에 대해 회동 가능하게 구비시키는 각각의 회동부(273)를 포함할 수 있다. 따라서, 회동부(273)에 의해 날개 부위에 해당하는 양단부(272)를 중심부(271)로 접었다 폈다 할 수 있어, 사용 전 및 사용 후 접어서 부피를 줄여 보관할 수 있고, 사용시 펴서 사용할 수 있다. 여기서, 회동부(273)는 힌지축(273a) 등을 통해 구현될 수 있다.
또 다른 예로, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 형태 유지 와이어(W3)는, 판형 지지 부재(120)의 중공부(121)를 사이에 위치시키는 중심부(371)와, 중심부(371)의 양단에 각각 연장되어 중심부(371)를 사이에 위치시키는 양단부(372)와, 그리고 양단부(372) 각각을 중심부(371)에 대해 슬라이딩 가능하게 구비시키는 슬라이더부(373)를 포함할 수 있다. 따라서, 슬라이더부(373)에 의해 날개 부위에 해당하는 양단부(372)를 중심부(371)로 넣었다 뺐다 할 수 있어, 사용 전 및 사용 후 넣어서 부피를 줄여 보관할 수 있고, 사용시 빼서 사용할 수 있다. 여기서, 슬라이더부(373)는 인입출공(373a) 등을 통해 구현될 수 있다.
따라서, 수분 응고층(110)과, 판형 지지 부재(120)와, 그리고 형태 유지 와이어(W)를 포함하는 휴대형 소변기(100)를 제공하므로, 기존의 화장실을 사용하지 않더라도 손 사용이 가능한 남녀노소 누구나 휴대하다가 착용하는 것으로 급뇨나 배뇨를 처리할 수 있다. 특히, 형태 유지 와이어(W)에 의해 몸체에 밀착된 상태를 유지할 수 있어 팬티 등의 옷을 내리지 않아도 소변의 누출 없이 소변을 볼 수 있으므로, 장소, 환경, 자세 등에 무관하게 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 소변이 수분 응고층(110)에서 응고되므로 소변 냄새로 인한 악취를 막을 수 있다. 나아가, 본 발명의 휴대형 소변기(100)의 보급으로 공공 화장실의 개수를 줄일 수 있고 환경을 개선할 수 있다.
이와 더불어, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 휴대형 소변기(100)는, 도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 흡수성 부직포(130)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 제1 흡수성 부직포(130)는 판형 지지 부재를 덮으며 중공부(121)와 대응되는 부위에 슬릿(slit)(131)이 형성될 수 있다.
따라서, 배뇨가 진행되는 동안에는 소변의 압력으로 제1 흡수성 부직포(130)가 수분 응고층(110)을 향해 이동되어 슬릿(131)이 열리면서 슬릿(131)을 통해 소변이 원활하게 수분 응고층(110)으로 이동될 수 있고, 수분 응고층(110)에서 일 부 되튀는 소변은 제1 흡수성 부직포(130)에서 차단될 수 있으며, 또한 소변을 흡수한 수분 응고층(110)의 부피가 팽창되면서 그 팽창되는 힘과 슬릿(131)에 의해 제1 흡수성 부직포(130)가 피부를 향해 들어 올려지면서 사용자가 본 발명의 휴대형 소변기(100)를 신체에서 제거할 경우 들어 올려진 제1 흡수성 부직포(130)에 의해 피부에 묶은 소변이 닦일 수 있다.
나아가, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 슬릿(131)은 십자 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 배뇨가 진행되는 동안에는 슬릿(131)이 십자 형태로 충분히 열릴 수 있고, 수분 응고층(110)에서 일 부 되튀는 소변은 제1 흡수성 부직포(130)에서 차단될 수 있으며, 또한 소변을 흡수한 수분 응고층(110)의 부피가 팽창되면서 그 팽창되는 힘과 십자 형태의 슬릿에 의해 제1 흡수성 부직포(130)의 4군데가 피부를 향해 들어 올려지면서 소변이 묻은 피부를 충분히 닦을 수 있다.
특히, 제1 흡수성 부직포(130)는 접착제(미도시)를 통해 판형 지지 부재에 부착될 수 있다. 여기서, 접착제는 제조 공정 라인 상에 핫 멜트(hot melt) 타입으로 공급될 수 있다.
이와 더불어, 상술한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 휴대형 소변기(100)는, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 비닐 부재(140)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 비닐 부재(140)는, 수분 응고층(110) 중 판형 지지 부재(120)를 향하는 면의 반대 면을 감싸며 제1 흡수성 부직포(130)의 둘레부에 그 둘레부가 접착제(미도시)를 통해 부착될 수 있다. 따라서, 수분 응고층(110)이 비닐 부재(140)에 의해 감싸질 수 있어, 사용 후 버리기 전 까지 소변 냄새 등이 새는 것을 최소화할 수 있다.
특히, 접착제는 제조 공정 라인 상에 핫 멜트(hot melt) 타입으로 공급될 수 있다. 또한, 비닐 부재(140)로는 생분해성 비닐이 사용될 수 있다. 생분해성 비닐은 대략 45일 정도면 분해되므로, 환경오염을 최소화할 수 있다.
이와 더불어, 상술한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 휴대형 소변기(100)는, 도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 흡수성 부직포(150)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 제2 흡수성 부직포(150)는 비닐 부재(140)의 내부에서 수분 응고층(110)을 전체적으로 감쌀 수 있다. 따라서, 수분 응고층(110)에 함유된 고흡수성수지가 제1 흡수성 부직포(130)의 슬릿(131)을 통해 외부로 이탈되는 것을 막을 수 있다.
특히, 제2 흡수성 부직포(150) 중 비닐 부재(140)를 향하는 면은 비닐 부재(140)에 접착제(미도시)를 통해 부착될 수 있다. 여기서, 접착제는 제조 공정 라인 상에 핫 멜트(hot melt) 타입으로 공급될 수 있다.
나아가, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 판형 지지 부재(120)는 전후 방향으로 길다란 형상을 할 수 있고, 중공부(121)는 전후 방향으로 길다란 타원 형상을 가질 수 있다. 또한, 판형 지지 부재(120)는, 중공부(121)를 기준으로 좌측 및 우측에 각각 놓이는 좌측부(LP) 및 우측부(RP)와, 중공부(121)를 기준으로 전방 및 후방에 각각 놓이는 전방부(FP) 및 후방부(BP)를 포함할 수 있다.
이 경우, 상술한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 휴대형 소변기(100)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 판형 지지 부재(120)의 좌측부(LP) 또는 우측부(RP)를 보강하는 보강 부재(160)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자가 본 발명의 휴대형 소변기(100)를 잡고 가랑이 사이로 본 발명의 휴대형 소변기(100)를 넣을 때, 판형 지지 부재(120) 및 보강 부재(160)에 의해 본 발명의 휴대형 소변기(100)의 형태가 더 잘 유지되므로, 수분 응고층(110)이 구겨지지 않고 보다 원활하게 삽입될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 보강 부재(160)는 딱딱한 경질의 종이일 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 상세하게 설명하였지만 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다음의 청구범위에서 정의하고 있는 본 발명의 기본 개념을 이용한 당업자의 여러 변형 및 개량 형태 또한 본 발명의 권리범위에 속하는 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 휴대형 소변기로,
    고흡수성수지를 함유한 수분 응고층; 및
    상기 수분 응고층을 지지하며 가운데 개구된 중공부를 가지는 판형 지지 부재; 및
    상기 판형 지지 부재를 영문 알파벳 "C"자 형태로 유지시키는 형태 유지 와이어
    를 포함하는
    휴대형 소변기.
  2. 제1항에서,
    상기 휴대형 소변기는,
    상기 판형 지지 부재를 덮으며 상기 중공부와 대응되는 부위에 슬릿이 형성되는 제1 흡수성 부직포
    를 더 포함하는
    휴대형 소변기.
  3. 제2항에서,
    상기 제1 흡수성 부직포는 상기 판형 지지 부재에 부착되는
    휴대형 소변기.
  4. 제3항에서,
    상기 휴대형 소변기는,
