Abstract

La présente invention concerne une semelle intérieure multicouche contenant du charbon actif, comprenant une couche de support (1), une couche active (4) contenant du charbon actif et une couche supérieure (5). Au-dessus de la couche de support (1), formée par pressage d'un mélange de liège broyé et d'un liant, est disposée au moins une couche d'amortissement (2), sur le côté supérieur de laquelle est disposée une couche de liège intermédiaire (3) pour former un pont thermique entre le pied de l'utilisateur et les couches inférieures de la semelle intérieure, au-dessus de la couche de liège intermédiaire (3) est disposée une couche active (4), recouverte sur sa face supérieure d'une couche supérieure (5), qui est perméable à la vapeur et à l'humidité liquide, moyennant quoi toutes les couches de la semelle intérieure sont jointes les unes aux autres et la semelle intérieure a une mise en forme spatiale, qui, sur son côté supérieur, correspond à la forme de l'empreinte de la partie inférieure du pied humain avec une section d'orteil plane, avec un évidement pour l'articulation de gros orteil et un évidement pour le talon, et qui, sur la partie inférieure de la semelle intérieure, correspond à la forme de la partie inférieure du pied humain avec une section d'orteil plane. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de ladite semelle intérieure et d'une chaussure dotée de la semelle intérieure selon l'invention.
