Abstract
본 발명은 목적 단백질의 발현 효율을 증진시키기 위한 신규한 펩타이드 및 이를 포함하는 융합 단백질에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 신규한 펩타이드는 목적 단백질의 발현 효율을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 또한 상기 펩타이드를 포함하는 융합 단백질은 목적 단백질의 발현 효율뿐만 아니라 수용성을 향상시킴으로써, 재조합 목적 단백질의 생산에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
