- 根据权利要求92至96任一所述的装置,其特征在于,当Z=20时,M=10,Y=2,1<N<10,或者M=5,Y=4,1<N<5;或,当Z=24时,M=12,Y=2,1<N<12,或者M=6,Y=4,1<N<6,或者M=3,Y=8,1<N<3;或,当Z=28时,M=14,Y=2,1<N<14,或者M=7,Y=4,1<N<7;或,当Z=32时,M=16,Y=2,1<N<16,或者M=8,Y=4,1<N<8,或者M=4,Y=8,1<N<4。
- 根据权利要求92所述的装置,其特征在于,所述Y为小于或等于8的整数。
