Abstract
La présente invention décrit un procédé de production d'un engrais organique en utilisant de la boue de fabrication de papier à base de paille, comprenant les étapes suivantes : (1) régulation de la teneur en eau de la boue de fabrication de papier à base de paille à l'intérieur d'une plage de 30 à 40 %; (2) addition d'humicola insolens, de bouse de vache, et d'un déodorant à la boue de l'étape (1) pour une fermentation aérobie, où pour les matériaux de fermentation, le rapport C/N est de 25 à 35:1, l'humidité relative est de 45 à 60 %, la température est de 55 à 65 °C, et la durée de fermentation est de 24 à 25 heures. La présente invention présente un court temps de fermentation, une production continue, des fonctionnements faciles, un procédé de fermentation inodore, une consommation d'énergie inférieure, et une utilisation de déchets, permettant de là une utilisation complète des déchets de fabrication de papier; l'engrais organique produit ne présentant pas de risque de pollution ni de risque résiduel sur le riz, et satisfaisant par conséquent les exigences en tant qu'engrais concernant les aliments écologiques et les aliments biologiques.
