Definitions
- the invention relates to a fastening device for connecting a diagonal strut of a scaffold to a first vertical post of the scaffold.
- the invention further relates to a scaffold with such
- Fastening device to provide a framework and a scaffold assembly that allow a significantly improved stiffening of a scaffold with a diagonal strut.
- Fastening device with a diagonal coupling for connecting a diagonal strut and a vertical coupling for connecting the fastening device to a first vertical stem.
- Vertical coupling is designed for at least partially engaging behind the first vertical stem. Furthermore, the fastening device has a projection which can be inserted into a handle recess of the first vertical stem of the framework. By the engagement of the projection in the
- Stielaus Principleung is thus created an at least partial positive connection between the fastening device and the first vertical stem, which allows the introduction of normal forces of the diagonal strut on the fastening device in the first vertical stem.
- the fastening device thus has a projection which is at least partially insertable in a recess of the first vertical stem.
- the projection thereby enables both a defined fixing of the fastening device in the longitudinal direction of the first vertical stem and in the rotational direction about the longitudinal axis of the first vertical stem. This allows the diagonal strut compared to the connection according to the state The technology transferred in all directions full forces on the first vertical stem and yet flexibly mounted on the first vertical stem.
- a protrusion is preferably understood to mean a bolt or a pin with an arbitrarily shaped contour.
- the stalk recess is

- the vertical coupling may be designed for the at least partially positive connection to the first vertical stem and / or for frictional connection to the first vertical stem.
- the projection is preferably formed by a first end of a bracket.
- the bracket is further preferably connected at the other end directly to the diagonal coupling. This allows a

- the vertical coupling completely surrounds the first vertical stem.
- the Stielaus originallyung in the first vertical stem is preferably adapted to secure a pin inserted in the first vertical stem by a pin which both by the first vertical stem and the Spigot is guided.
- the projection is preferably inserted into a handle recess in the form of a through-hole, which is already formed on the first vertical stem to secure a further vertical stem on the first vertical stem.
- a conventional first vertical stalk can be used in conjunction with the fastening device according to the invention.
- the framework comprises such a further vertical stem with an end-side spigot, the spigot being insertable into the first vertical stem and the spigot having a spigot bore into which the protrusion is partially inserted to secure the first vertical stem to the further vertical stem.
- the projection fulfills a double function: On the one hand, it secures the fastening device in a rotationally fixed and non-displaceable manner on the first vertical stem, on the other hand it secures the further vertical stem in a manner fixed against displacement and rotationally fixed on the first vertical stem.
- the projection may be formed so short that it protrudes only so far into the first vertical stem that a spindle inserted into the vertical stem can pass the projection without contact in the longitudinal direction of the first vertical stem.
