Abstract
Description
以下、図面を参照して、香味吸引器の第1実施形態について説明する。以下に示す第1~第11実施形態は、エアロゾル源と、前記エアロゾル源から供給される液を加熱してエアロゾルを発生する熱源と、前記熱源に電力を供給する電源と、を備える香味吸引器11である。また、本願にいう香味吸引器11の総重量、各種の重量、重心の位置、モーメントは、使用前の状態で測定・計算したものをいう。使用前の状態とは、例えば香味吸引器11にカバーがある場合、当該カバーは外した後で使用が可能な状態になっており、また、エアロゾル源は未だ1回も使用に供されておらず、エアロゾル源の内部に液が満タンになっている状態をいう。
M=(香味吸引器11の総重量)×{(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)-(吸口端13Aから把持位置までの長さ)}
で算出できる。
図2を参照して、香味吸引器11の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、吸口13およびハウジング12の第1部分12Aは、例えば、ポリカーボネート、ポリアセタール、ポリプロピレン、フッ素系樹脂(テフロン(登録商標))等の樹脂で形成される。吸口13の肉厚は、第1実施形態の吸口13の肉厚よりも大きく形成されている。第1部分12Aの肉厚は、第1実施形態の第1部分12Aの肉厚よりも大きく形成されている。一方、ハウジング12の第2部分12Bの肉厚は、第1実施形態の第2部分12Bの肉厚よりも薄く形成される。
図3を参照して、香味吸引器11の第3実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、吸口13およびハウジング12の第1部分12Aは、例えば、ポリカーボネート、ポリアセタール、ポリプロピレン、フッ素系樹脂(テフロン(登録商標))等の樹脂で形成される。また、吸口13およびハウジング12の第1部分12Aは、ステンレス鋼、黄銅等の金属で形成されてもよい。
図4を参照して、香味吸引器11の第4実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、電池15は、第1実施形態のものよりも、中心軸C方向の長さおよび直径が小型に形成され、吸口端13A側に寄って設けられる。電池15の側方を通るように通気路23が形成されており、電池15と通気路23の間には仕切り壁29が設けられる。エアロゾル源16は、先端14に寄って(最も先端側に)設けられる。吸口13およびハウジング12の第1部分12Aは、例えば、ポリカーボネート、ポリアセタール、ポリプロピレン、フッ素系樹脂(テフロン(登録商標))等の樹脂で形成される。また、吸口13は、ステンレス鋼、黄銅等の金属で形成されてもよい。
図5を参照して、香味吸引器11の第5実施形態について説明する。ハウジング12の第1部分12Aに、重量調整用の部材28(おもり)が設けられている。部材28は、例えばステンレス鋼、黄銅等の金属材料で形成される。本実施形態では、部材28は、第1部分12Aの内側と外側との両側に設けられている。部材28は、第1部分12Aの内側か、或いは第1部分12Aの外側のいずれか一方に設けられていてもよい。吸口13およびハウジング12の第1部分12Aは、例えば、ポリカーボネート、ポリアセタール、ポリプロピレン、フッ素系樹脂(テフロン(登録商標))等の樹脂で形成される。また、吸口13は、ステンレス鋼、黄銅等の金属で形成されてもよい。
図6を参照して、香味吸引器11の第6実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、ハウジング12は、第1実施形態のものよりも軸方向(中心軸C方向)に長く形成されている。このため、電池15は、ハウジング12全体に対しては、吸口端13A側に寄って設けられる。吸口13およびハウジング12の第1部分12Aは、例えば、ポリカーボネート、ポリアセタール、ポリプロピレン、フッ素系樹脂(テフロン(登録商標))等の樹脂で形成される。また、吸口13は、ステンレス鋼、黄銅等の金属で形成されてもよい。ハウジング12の内部で、先端14側には空洞部分31が形成される。駆動回路24は、円盤状の基板として形成され、空洞部分31に設けられる。
図7を参照して、香味吸引器11の第7実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、電池15は、中心軸C方向と交差する方向に関する断面積が第1実施形態のものよりも小さくなっている。電池15は、通気路23、エアロゾル源16、ウィック17、配線21、およびヒータ18と並列的に設けられている。吸口13およびハウジング12の第1部分12Aは、ステンレス鋼、黄銅等の金属で形成される。
図8を参照して、香味吸引器11の第8実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、ハウジング12は、第1実施形態のものよりも軸方向(中心軸C方向)に長く形成されている。電池15は、ハウジング12の中心軸C方向における中間位置26に設けられる。ハウジング12の先端14側(第2部分12B)に、重量調整用の部材28(おもり)が設けられている。部材28は、例えばステンレス鋼、黄銅等の金属材料で形成される。本実施形態では、部材28は、第2部分12Bの内側と外側との両側に設けられている。部材28は、第2部分12Bの内側か、或いは第2部分12Bの外側のいずれか一方に設けられていてもよい。吸口13およびハウジング12の第1部分12Aは、ステンレス鋼、黄銅等の金属で形成される。
図9を参照して、香味吸引器11の第9実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、電池15は、上記した実施形態に比して、中心軸C方向に短く、小型に形成される。電池15は、ハウジング12内部で先端14側に寄った位置に設けられる。吸口13およびハウジング12の第1部分12Aは、ステンレス鋼、黄銅等の金属で形成される。
図10を参照して、香味吸引器11の第10実施形態について説明する。電池15は、ハウジング12の中心軸C方向における中間位置26付近に設けられる。ハウジング12の吸口端13A側(第1部分12A)に、重量調整用の部材28A(おもり)が設けられている。ハウジング12の先端側(第2部分12B)に、重量調整用の部材28B(おもり)が設けられている。部材28A、28Bは、例えばステンレス鋼、黄銅等の金属材料で形成される。本実施形態では、部材28A、28Bは、第1部分12Aの内側と外側との両側と、第2部分12Bの内側と外側との両側と、に設けられている。部材28Aは、第1部分12Aの内側か、或いは第1部分12Aの外側のいずれか一方に設けられていてもよい。部材28Bは、第2部分12Bの内側か、或いは第2部分12Bの外側のいずれか一方に設けられていてもよい。部材28Bが第2部分12Bの外側のみに設けられる場合、電池15がハウジング12内部の先端14側までを占めるような(ハウジング12の先端側に空洞がないような)構造となっていてもよい。なお、本実施形態では、部材28Aおよび部材28Bの両方が設けられているが、これらのうちのいずれか一方だけが設けられていてもよい。吸口13およびハウジング12の第1部分12Aは、ステンレス鋼、黄銅等の金属で形成される。
本実施形態では、香味吸引器11の重心は、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.20以上で0.45以下の範囲内にある。
図11を参照して、香味吸引器11の第11実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、主として第1実施形態または第7実施形態と異なる部分について説明し、第1実施形態と共通する部分については説明を省略する。
以下、図12から図17を参照して、香味吸引器11の実施例について説明する。図12は、実施例Aの各例、実施例Bの各例、従来品、比較例のそれぞれ条件を示す。図13は実施例Aの概念図であり、実施例Aは、上記した第1実施形態から第6実施形態、および第11実施形態に対応する。図13に示すように、実施例A-1からA-6、比較例A-7は、吸口から外れた部分で、吸口端13Aと先端14との中間位置26よりも吸口端13A側の部分に第1重量集中部25が設けられる。より具体的には、第1重量集中部25は、(吸口端13Aからの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.15以上で0.45以下の範囲内の位置に設けられる。
従来品1は、図12に示す表の通りのスペックを有する。(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.52である。このため、従来品1の重心は、香味吸引器11の中心軸C方向における略中間位置26付近に位置している。また、(吸口端13Aからの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.3の部分を把持した場合のモーメントは、53.5gf・cmである。このため、従来品1では、比較的に大きなモーメントが発生するため、ユーザが持ちにくい傾向があった。この傾向は、複数の被験者が実際に把持してみて持ちやすさを評価(採点)することで得られた官能評価の結果からも裏付けられた。この官能評価では、「持ちにくい」を0点、「やや持ちにくい」を1点、「普通」を2点、「やや持ちやすい」を3点、「持ちやすい」を4点として採点を行った。図15に示す結果には、男女を合わせて6人の被験者が行った採点の平均点を示す。その結果、従来品1は、「やや持ちにくい」と「持ちにくい」との間の位置で「持ちにくい」に近い位置に平均点が位置した。このため、従来品1は、「持ちにくい」香味吸引器11であるといえる。
実施例A-1では、第1重量集中部25の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の46%を占める。実施例A-1において、(吸口13から重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.22になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
実施例A-2では、第1重量集中部25の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の55%を占める。実施例A-2において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.25になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
実施例A-3では、第1重量集中部25の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の72%を占める。実施例A-3において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.3になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
実施例A-4では、第1重量集中部25の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の82%を占める。実施例A-4において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.35になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
実施例A-5では、第1重量集中部25の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の50%を占める。実施例A-5において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.44になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
実施例A-6では、第1重量集中部25の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の50%を占める。実施例A-6において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.42になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
比較例A-7では、第1重量集中部25の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の20%を占める。比較例A-7において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.52になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
比較例B-1では、第2重量集中部32の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の83%を占める。比較例B-1において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.17になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
実施例B-2では、第2重量集中部32の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の85%を占める。実施例B-2において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.21になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
実施例B-3では、第2重量集中部32の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の82%を占める。実施例B-3において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.25になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
実施例B-4では、第2重量集中部32の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の86%を占める。実施例B-4において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.30になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
実施例B-5では、第2重量集中部32の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の80%を占める。実施例B-5において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.35になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
実施例B-6では、第2重量集中部32の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の50%を占める。実施例B-6において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.41になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
実施例B-7では、第2重量集中部32の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の50%を占める。実施例B-7において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.40になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
比較例B-8では、第2重量集中部32の重量は、香味吸引器11の総重量の53%を占める。比較例B-8において、(吸口端13Aから重心までの長さ)/(全長)の値が0.50になるように、重心の位置が設定される。
y = -0.1006x + 3.1319 …式(1)
であった。このため、モーメントの絶対値と官能評価の結果とは、負の相関を示すことが見て取れる。また、この回帰直線の決定係数R2は、

であり、直線回帰の精度が良好であるといえる。この式(1)から、y = 2.0 (普通)となるときのxは、x = 11.2514・・≒ 11.25である。

Claims (14)
- 吸口端から先端までロッド状ないし円柱状に延びる香味吸引器であって、
前記吸口端から外れた部分で前記吸口端と前記先端との中間位置よりも前記吸口端側の部分に設けられ総重量の少なくとも略半分を占めるか、或いは前記吸口端近傍の部分と前記先端近傍の部分とに設けられ前記吸口端近傍の部分の重量と前記先端近傍の部分の重量とを合計した重量が総重量の少なくとも略半分を占める重量集中部を有し、
(前記吸口端から重心までの長さ)/(前記吸口端から前記先端の長さで規定される全長)の値が0.20以上で0.45以下の範囲内にある香味吸引器。 - 前記重量集中部は、(前記吸口端からの長さ)/(前記全長)の値が0.15以上で0.45以下の範囲内にあり且つ総重量の45%以上を占めるか、或いは、(前記吸口端からの長さ)/(前記全長)の値が0以上で0.2以下の範囲内の部分の重量と(前記吸口端からの長さ)/(前記全長)の値が0.9以上で1.0以下の範囲内の部分の重量とを合計した重量が総重量の45%以上を占める請求項1に記載の香味吸引器。
- (前記吸口端からの長さ)/(前記全長)の値が0.3の部分を把持した場合のモーメントの絶対値が15.5gf・cm以下である請求項1に記載の香味吸引器。
- (前記吸口端からの長さ)/(前記全長)の値が0.3の部分を把持した場合のモーメントの絶対値が14.5gf・cm以下である請求項3に記載の香味吸引器。
- (前記吸口端から重心までの長さ)/(前記全長)の値が0.25以上で0.44以下の範囲内にある請求項3または4に記載の香味吸引器。
- (前記吸口端から重心までの長さ)/(前記全長)の値が0.3以上で0.44以下の範囲内にある請求項5に記載の香味吸引器。
- (前記吸口端からの長さ)/(前記吸口端から前記先端の長さで規定される全長)の値が0.3の部分を把持した場合のモーメントの絶対値が11.25gf・cm以下である請求項1に記載の香味吸引器。
- 前記総重量は、10.4g以上で15.5g以下の範囲内にある請求項1に記載の香味吸引器。
- 前記重量集中部は、少なくとも一部が金属で構成される請求項1に記載の香味吸引器。
- 前記重量集中部は、重量調整用の部材を有する請求項1に記載の香味吸引器。
- 前記吸口端から前記先端まで延びる中心軸を通る面で分割した場合に、分割した一方の重量は、分割した他方の重量よりも1.5倍以上大きい請求項1に記載の香味吸引器。
- 吸口端から先端までロッド状ないし円柱状に延びる香味吸引器であって、前記吸口端近傍の部分と前記先端近傍の部分とに設けられ前記吸口端近傍の部分の重量と前記先端近傍の部分の重量とを合計した重量が総重量の少なくとも略半分を占める重量集中部を有し、前記吸口端近傍の部分の重量は、前記先端近傍の部分の重量よりも大きい請求項1に記載の香味吸引器。
- 非燃焼型である請求項1に記載の香味吸引器。
- エアロゾル源と、
