Abstract
L'invention concerne un culbuteur (1) pour l'actionnement d'une soupape d'échange de gaz d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un corps de culbuteur (2) qui est formé par deux parois latérales (4, 5) parallèles s'étendant à distance l'une de l'autre et un élément jointif (6) s'étendant transversalement et reliant les parois latérales (4, 5) l'une à l'autre. L'élément jointif (6) forme, dans la région d'une première extrémité, un coussinet sphérique (8) servant à supporter le corps de culbuteur (2) de manière pivotante et définit, dans la région d'une deuxième extrémité, une surface d'actionnement de soupape (7) destinée à venir en contact avec la soupape d'échange de gaz. Les parois latérales (4, 5) reçoivent entre elles, dans des alésages, un boulon d'axe (9), lequel guide de manière rotative un galet de came (3) par le biais d'une couronne d'aiguilles (10) d'un palier à aiguilles. En outre, un disque de butée (12a) est disposé au moins d'un côté entre le galet de came (3) et la paroi latérale (4, 5) respective. Ledit au moins un disque de butée (12a) comprend au moins partiellement un revêtement (13) réduisant la friction et résistant à l'usure.
