Abstract

La présente invention concerne un gabarit conformateur modifié pour la fabrication d'un article en caoutchouc nitrile-butadiène (NBR) présentant des propriétés de préhension améliorées qui comprend une surface texturée au niveau de la section des doigts ou de la paume du gabarit conformateur modifié et une surface brillante au niveau de la section des doigts ou de celle de la paume ou au niveau à la fois de la section des doigts et de celle de la paume du gabarit conformateur modifié. Un procédé de sablage ou de pulvérisation produit la surface texturée au niveau de la section des doigts ou de celle de la paume. L'application d'une couche mince d'un matériau de glacis brillant de densités différentes sur la surface texturée non vernie, suivie par la cuisson dans un four à des températures appropriées, forme le gabarit conformateur modifié en céramique présentant la surface brillante. La surface du gabarit conformateur modifié fabriqué à partir de matériaux céramiques est modifiée pour former la surface brillante au niveau de la section des doigts ou de celle de la paume ou au niveau à la fois de la section des doigts et de celle de la paume afin d'obtenir une meilleure préhension dans des conditions sèches, humides et huileuses.
