Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement, servant à traiter une surface et comprenant un ensemble électrode (2, 2') plat auquel peut être amenée une tension électrique, et une couche de blindage (1) plate, constituée d'une matière plastique isolante, entourant au moins partiellement l'ensemble électrode (2, 2'). L'objectif de l'invention est d'obtenir une liaison fiable et solide entre l'ensemble électrode (2, 2') et la couche de blindage (1). À cet effet, l'ensemble électrode (2, 2') est constitué d'une matière plastique coulable, pourvue d'additifs conducteurs, et les matières plastiques de l'ensemble électrode (2, 2') et de la couche de blindage (1) sont raccordées par liaison de matière dans la zone d'une couche limite (22) entre l'ensemble électrode (2, 2') et la couche de blindage (1).
