- the invention relates to an LED light module with a plurality of light-emitting diodes, wherein the light-emitting diodes are accommodated on a common printed circuit board and wherein a reflector is provided, which extends over the circuit board and can be irradiated in the light can be generated with the light-emitting diodes, and wherein a first light-emitting diode for Forming at least a portion of a low beam is formed and wherein a second light-emitting diode for generating at least a portion of a high beam is formed.
- the LED light module is used for arrangement in a headlight of a vehicle or the LED light module itself forms a headlight of a vehicle.
- an LED light module with a plurality of light-emitting diodes is known, and LEDs are arranged on a common printed circuit board, which is designed to generate a low beam and to generate a high beam.
- a common printed circuit board On the circuit board there are several light emitting diodes for generating the respective light function, and the circuit board is in turn received on a heat sink.
- the light-emitting diodes are designed in conjunction with a primary optical system for shaping the emission characteristic, so that the primary optics are transilluminated by the light from the light-emitting diodes, in order subsequently to radiate into a secondary optical system designed as a reflector.
- the primary optics can be formed, for example, by a potting material that encloses the light-emitting diodes in a form-fitting manner.
- the reflector is consequently discretely illuminated in certain angular ranges with the respective light-emitting diodes; that at least two different light functions are realized with a single reflector.
- the primary optic in its geometrical configuration has a very direct influence on the beam shaping and thus on the emission characteristic, in particular with respect to the dipped beam.
- the primary optics must therefore be designed in accordance with high precision together with the light-emitting diodes and arranged on the circuit board. A simplification of an LED light module for providing a low beam and a high beam via a common reflector is therefore desirable.
- the object of the invention is the development of an LED light module with a plurality of light-emitting diodes, which radiate into a common reflector and generate different light functions, wherein the LED light module is to be designed simplified.
- the possibility should be used to easily arrange further components on the circuit board, which can take an improved influence on the Einstrahl characterizing the light of the LEDs in the reflector.
- the invention includes the technical teaching that a diaphragm element is provided, wherein the diaphragm element is arranged between the light-emitting diodes.
- the core idea of the invention is the simple arrangement of a diaphragm element on the printed circuit board between the light-emitting diodes, such that the diaphragm element influences at least the beam path of the light of one of the two light-emitting diodes. Consequently, a dazzling function, which already takes place on the printed circuit board, can already be realized in a simple manner on a small scale, without requiring another must be arranged as macroscopic aperture element in the beam path of the light, which is generated with at least one of the two light-emitting diodes.

- the light-emitting diodes are preferably arranged in front of one another.
- the reflector can be located behind the light-emitting diodes, which is arranged in the common axis of the main emission direction.
- the first light-emitting diode for generating at least part of a low-beam light in the main emission direction is arranged in front of the second light-emitting diode for generating at least part of a high beam on the printed circuit board.
- the diaphragm element may have a curvature, wherein a front diaphragm edge of the diaphragm element in the beam path of the first light emitting diode has to generate at least a portion of a low beam.
- a plurality of diaphragm elements are arranged in connection with the at least two light emitting diodes on the circuit board.
- a heat sink is provided with further advantage, on which the printed circuit board with the LEDs and / or the reflector are added.
- the reflector directly on the heat sink, wherein the circuit board does not necessarily have to be applied directly on the heat sink, and it can be provided a receiving plate, which is located between the circuit board and the heat sink.
- the LED light module has a preferred embodiment with a reflector which forms a reflector shard, the reflector shard projecting beyond both LEDs on the emission side.
- the reflector shard has a curvature pointing in the main emission direction.
- a specific embodiment of the LED light module comprises a single first light-emitting diode for generating at least a portion of a low beam and a single second light emitting diode for generating at least a portion of a high beam, wherein both LEDs are associated with a single reflector, so recorded on the common circuit board, only two light-emitting diodes are.
- the high beam can be generated with already only one LED, wherein according to a variant, the low beam is also generated by two or more light emitting diodes.
- a further advantage is achieved in that the first light-emitting diode and the second light-emitting diode are set operable separately from one another.
- the electrical connection of the light-emitting diodes on the common printed circuit board takes place in such a way that the light-emitting diodes can be operated independently of one another.
