Abstract

La présente invention concerne une armoire de désinfection dotée d'une cuisinière, et comprenant un corps d'armoire (1), une porte d'armoire (2), une cuisinière (6) prévue sur une surface du corps d'armoire, et une chambre de désinfection (3) et une chambre de chauffage (4) prévues à l'intérieur du corps d'armoire et séparées l'une de l'autre par une plaque verticale. La cuisinière comprend un banc de cuisson (61) et des plaques de cuisson (62) prévues sur le banc de cuisson. Un appareil de chauffage à haute température infrarouge (41) et une pluralité de plaques de support de stockage (42) sont prévus à l'intérieur de la chambre de chauffage (4). Un appareil de désinfection (31) et un support de stockage rotatif (32) sont placés à l'intérieur de la chambre de désinfection. L'appareil de désinfection est une lampe ultraviolette.
