La présente invention concerne une scie alternative à volant d'inertie monté à l'arrière et lame de scie inclinée pour couper du granit et du quartzite, la scie alternative comprenant un châssis de scie alternative (1), un tuyau d'évacuation (2), un moteur électrique I (3), un moteur électrique II (4), un support de matériau de type pierre (5), une structure de volant d'inertie (6), une base (7), un cadre de support (8), un bras oscillant (9) et une barre oscillante (10). Le moteur électrique I (3) et la structure de volant d'inertie (6) sont disposés sur une partie supérieure du cadre de support (8). La barre oscillante (10) raccordée à la structure de volant d'inertie (6) par l'intermédiaire du bras oscillant (9) est raccordée à une partie arrière du châssis de scie alternative (1). La scie alternative à volant d'inertie monté à l'arrière contribue à réduire la résonance entre les moteurs électriques, et assure la sécurité lors de la coupe de pierres.
