Abstract
L'invention concerne une vanne spéciale pour un mélangeur de médicament à agitation, laquelle vanne comprend un corps de vanne (1), un corps de bouchon (2), une tige de vanne (3) et une douille d'étanchéité (4). Des trous traversants de liquide médical (21) sont réalisés de façon symétrique sur le corps de bouchon (2) ; une extrémité du corps de bouchon (2) est disposée dans le corps de vanne (1), et l'autre extrémité de cette dernière traverse la douille d'étanchéité (4) de façon à être disposée dans la tige de vanne (3) et est reliée à la tige de vanne (3) à l'aide d'un boulon (6) ; le corps de bouchon (2), la tige de vanne (3), et la douille d'étanchéité (4) sont constituées par une matière plastique rigide médicale ; la partie supérieure du corps de vanne (1) comporte un trou d'huile ; une paroi du corps de bouchon (2) comporte une auge (8) utilisée pour l'injection de graisse ; et le bas du corps de vanne (1) comporte un tube de trop-plein (7) utilisé pour amener le liquide médical à s'écouler de façon régulière vers le bas. La vanne spéciale pour un mélangeur de médicament à agitation a une structure simple, elle peut être mise en marche en peu de temps, et elle est scellée de façon hermétique. La résistance de frottement pour mettre en service et hors service le corps de vanne (1) et le corps de bouchon (2) est faible.
