Definitions
- the subject of the model is the lid of a can, with a thin plate, to cover the mouth of cans of drinks.
- An opener is not required to open the can, besides this, as before, in the previously weakened area with the lifting eye, the lid can be torn apart, also with the help of a special element for closing, the can mouth can be closed again.
- the goal is to find a simple solution that makes drinking a can more healthy, opening and closing again, and all that is easier and safer. Naturally, cost-effective while maintaining the established process of packaging.
- closing and insulation can also be carried out with a sealed (sealed) rotating closing element.
- the subject of the model is such an insulating cover, which has a raised grip, a lifting eye is fixed with a rivet on the cover, and a weak line is formed on the cover.
- the rivet is located in the center of the lid, and on it is rotatable with a fixed rotating lid.
- the rotating lid has a curved conductive grit that engages at the bottom of the lid, and the surface of the rotating lid closes a maximum of 80% of the lid.
- a lifting eye reinforced with a rivet Above the revolving cover, a lifting eye reinforced with a rivet.
- rotational cover flappings are formed on the valve of the rotating cover, which for the blind and visually impaired may appear as a Braille.
- a glued sealing strip that has a hygienic and closing function.
- Fig. 1 Insulating lid of a can, on a can for a drink, in an open position, spatial view, also a top view, with a flip of rotation, sectional view.
- Fig. 2 Insulation cover in a closed position, in a spatial view, sectional view.
- Fig. 3 Rotating cover in different views, with an increase, and the roof is a top view.
- Fig. 4 Presentation of the closing of the rotating and exhaust cover, in enlarged form, also the compilation of the flip and cover, fracturing pattern, in the lower dimetric form.
- Fig. 5. Breaking pattern of products.
- Fig. 1. shows that the proposed insulation cover is in many ways similar to the most popular covers used today. In accordance with the placement of 2. the lifting eye, it is connected with rivets up to 4. lids. A person skilled in the art knows that the studded structure can be with one rivet (such methods are shown in the figures), which is stitched after 10 drills 4 roof, but it is possible to form from the material of the lid pushed out through the drilling of lifting eye 2. About lifting eye 2 you can tell what is the article of mass production, curved, made from a plate that works like a two-arm lifting means, behaves tough during traction in normal use.
- the pivot point of the hoist is placed around the structure of the rivets 1, where the structure of the rivets 1 is connected to the rigid part of the lifting eye 2 with a narrow flexible plate.
- the lid 4 is expediently attached to the wall of the can 5 with a clamping hook.
- the rotatable cover 3 (under the lifting eye 2) is also attached using a rivet structure in the radial direction.
- the cover of the rotating cover 3 is essentially a flat plate that abuts on the cover 4.
- On the outer region of the rotating cover 3 there is a conductive face 7 that engages in the conductive lobbies 8 of the cover 4. It is advisable to cut the rotating cover 3 so that it overlaps several times mm in all directions from the weak line of the cover 4.
- the conductive face 7 engages in the conductive lobes 8 so that they can be rotated.
- the rotating cover 3 opens in only one direction, and closes in the other direction.
- the outer surface of the rotatable cover 3 is provided with a flange, which in particular provides ease of turning in the hand, or can carry information in Braille.
- a clamping hook is visible between the can 5 and the lid 4.
- the conductive face 7 of the rotating cover 3 is expediently not in contact with the lower part of the cover 4, so it is possible to prevent the rotating cover 3 from becoming more difficult due to friction.
- the rotating cover 3 is pulled down contacting the lower part, above the openings 11 that were generated on the cover 4, covering the path to the liquid outlet and the path of contaminants.
- the rotating cover 3 is depicted as a separate spare part, in the lower and upper form, with an increase in small parts, also the cover 4 is depicted in the upper form.
- the lower part of the plate that is, the closing surface, receives a silicone strip 12, which provides a tight seal, since the stiff rafts located on the cover 4 near the hole 11 are also located in the same quality of the material.
- the shape of the rotating cover 3 adapts to the shape of the weak line of the cover 4. In this case, the rotating cover 3 must close the hole at 90 °.
- Rivet hole 10 for rivet structure 1, placed on straight lines intersecting the axis of rotation of the rotating cover 3. Keeping the line of the rotating cover bypasses the rivet structure 1, or in front of it.
- Fig. 4. depicts the movement and adaptation of the rotating cover 3.
- the clamping hook 9 adapts to the breakage surface of the face 14 formed in the profile of the cover 4. This is the first point where the rotating movement can be stopped.
- a compressive force is formed, which fixes, so in the moment of small efforts the hole remains closed.
- Fig. 4 “B” the locking part 13 is visible in magnification, the second place where the rotation may be stuck.
- This element refers to the face of the cover 4, so the face of the rotating cover 3 gets stuck in it.
- a glued silicone strip 12 which is clearly visible in Fig. 3. Silicone strip 12 as a material and in character similar to the sealing folia.
- the operation of the insulation system is simple, easy to use.
- the movement of the rotatable cover 3 facilitates the arming formed in the upper surface. Before opening, you need to unscrew in such a way that the surface providing the closing of the hole becomes visible. Using the lifting eye 2, the opening is carried out in a similar way.
- the big benefit of the system is that after opening, the surface of the can that is in contact with the liquid is clean. This gives a higher level of protection against pollution, pathogens.
- Another advantageous feature is that the rotating cover 3 makes it possible to repeatedly close the hole 11.
- One of the greatest advantages of the invention is that during transportation, the spout of the cap is completely closed from the outside world, which will reduce damage and pollution.
- the rotating cover covers, like a shield, the weak line of the cover.
- a further benefit is that the back closure property is formed with the addition of a silicone strip, which makes it possible that the boxes can be stacked on top of each other. In addition, the boxes contain information for the blind and visually impaired.
