Abstract

L'invention concerne une plaque de cuisson, du type pouvant être inséré dans un four de cuisson (F), qui comprend au moins un support (2) composé d'un matériau métallique comprenant au moins une base (3) qui délimite une première surface (3a) et une seconde surface (3b) opposées l'une à l'autre, et au moins une dalle (8) composée d'un matériau réfractaire qui délimite une face supérieure (8a) et une face inférieure (8b) opposées l'une à l'autre, l'aliment devant être cuit étant destiné à être placé sur ladite face supérieure (8a), ladite face inférieure (8b) étant conçue pour être couplée à ladite première surface (3a) de ladite base (3), ladite dalle (8) étant composée d'un matériau réfractaire comprenant de la cordiérite. Le support (2) comprend au moins une paroi (P) pour protéger les aliments, positionnée sur ladite face supérieure (8a), de la chaleur irradiée par le fond du four.
