技术领域
本发明涉及版辊表面处理技术领域,特别涉及一种离型纸版辊的电镀方法。
背景技术
在离型纸版辊加工生产中,对于版辊表面光雾度要求是非常高的,一般要求在 1.5-200 ,对于此种光雾度要求,只有通过电镀方法才可以满足以上要求。目前技术在同行根本无法达到,无法做到稳定的工艺,主要是因为一、解决不了版辊要求的准确光雾度;二、解决不了整个版辊光雾度的均匀度要求;三、解决不了外界温度、镀液温度、电流密度、时间与阳极版距离之间的各项工艺匹配问题;四、解决不了镀液的稳定性。申请人采用挂镀工艺加特殊镀液进行匹配,测试出一套适合电镀离型纸版辊的应用方法。此工艺在行业内是一种新尝试,具突破性的进展。
发明内容
本发明提供了 一种离型纸版辊的电镀方法,解决现有的离型纸版辊加工过程中光雾度难控制及光雾度均匀度不好的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种离型纸版辊的电镀方法,包括以下步骤:包括镀前预处理和电镀步骤,所述电镀前预处理包括用水清洗、 5% 稀硫酸清洗、清洗剂清洗、水清洗、 5% 稀硫酸清洗、 EDTA 溶液清洗、水清洗、丙酮清洗和吹干步骤,其特征在于:所述电镀步骤电镀液的组成为:磷酸含量 55~65% 、稀硫酸溶液 15~25% 、纯水 5~15% 、磷铜 5~15% ;电镀时,电流密度为 28~35A/dm2 ,离型纸版辊在电镀槽内旋转,旋转圈数为 12~100 圈,转速 90mm/s ,与阳极的距离为 20~35mm 。
其中,优选地,所述镀前预处理工艺前还包括挂镀工艺,所述挂镀工艺包括超声波除油、阴极除油、酸活化、碱活化、镀铬、清洗和抛光处理。
其中,优选地,所述清洗剂是由以下步骤制成:
( 1 )量取 600ml 的浓硫酸,缓慢地加入 3L 的水中,摇匀,放置半小时后加入 1 升水,得硫酸溶液;
( 2 )取 500ml 激光版清洗剂,完全溶解到 3000ml 中,然后加入步骤( 1 )中的硫酸溶液中,即得;所述激光版清洗剂按重量百分比含有 20% 的硼砂、 10% 的纯碱、 30% 的小苏打、 40% 的洗衣粉。
其中,优选地,所述 EDTA 溶液是由以下步骤制成:

( 2 )再加水 2000ml ,搅匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果:
采用本发明的电镀方法制得的离纸型版辊镀铬硬度达到 750-900HV ,光雾度范围在 0.5~300 之间,且光雾度均匀度良好可控,解决了版辊光雾度难以控制及光雾度的均匀度问题。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种离型纸版辊的电镀方法,其特征在于,所述镀前预处理工艺前还包括挂镀工艺,所述挂镀工艺包括超声波除油、阴极除油、酸活化、碱活化、镀铬、清洗和抛光处理。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种离型纸版辊的电镀方法,其特征在于,所述清洗剂是由以下步骤制成:
    (1)量取600ml的浓硫酸,缓慢地加入3L的水中,摇匀,放置半小时后加入1升水,得硫酸溶液;
    (2)取500ml激光版清洗剂,完全溶解到3000ml中,然后加入步骤(1)中的硫酸溶液中,即得;所述激光版清洗剂按重量百分比含有20%的硼砂、10%的纯碱、30%的小苏打、40%的洗衣粉。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种离型纸版辊的电镀方法,其特征在于,所述EDTA溶液是由以下步骤制成:
    (1)把50g的乙二胺四乙酸二钠倒入1000ml热水中,搅匀至完全溶解;
    (2)再加水2000ml,搅匀,即得。
