Abstract
L'invention concerne un implant souple (6) qui peut être implanté de façon endovasculaire avec un système de cathéters. L'anneau peut rétrécir et/ou stabiliser la paroi de l'anneau/des feuillets/de l'atrium de la valve cardiaque pour servir de zone de positionnement de valves prothétiques ou servir seule afin de réaliser une réparation. Le dispositif comprend : un anneau à base d'endoprothèse en éversion doté d'une pluralité de crochets, les crochets étant principalement cachés lorsque l'anneau est déployé, l'anneau pouvant être éverté dans les deux directions, l'éversion solidarisant fermement les crochets avec le tissu environnant et, après solidarisation, la taille de l'anneau pouvant être rétrécie, ou l'anneau pouvant être stabilisé par l'introduction d'un mécanisme de verrouillage approprié sur un ou plusieurs fils d'ajustement (7) qui passent autour de la circonférence de l'implant souple (6).
