Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une tourelle canon (1) comprenant un affût portant un berceau recevant une arme (4), berceau comportant des tourillons montés pivotant dans des douilles (5) de l'affût, tourelle comportant un dispositif d'alimentation en munitions qui comporte d'une part au moins un magasin à munitions (6a,6b) disposé latéralement au berceau en dessous d'une des douilles (5), et d'autre part au moins un couloir d'alimentation (7a,7b) destiné à conduire les munitions du magasin vers l'arme. Cette tourelle est caractérisée en ce que le magasin (7a,7b) comporte au moins un caisson externe (8a,8b) solidaire de l'affût et à l'intérieur duquel peut être mis en place au moins une caisse à munitions (10), caisson comportant une extrémité arrière portant une ouverture (9a,9b) et une extrémité avant fermée, des moyens de verrouillage étant prévus permettant d'immobiliser la caisse (10) par rapport au caisson (8a,8b). L'invention a également pour objet une caisse destinée à être mise en place dans un tel caisson.
