Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de cuisson (1) comprenant un brûleur (2) comprenant un corps de brûleur (3) qui génère une flamme par la combustion des gaz inflammables, ce qui permet au récipient de cuisson placé sur celui-ci d'être chauffé, et qui comprend une chambre de mélange (4) dans laquelle le gaz et l'air ambiant sont mélangés; une tête de brûleur (5) qui est disposée sur le corps de brûleur (3) et qui permet à la flamme d'être distribuée à la base du récipient de cuisson à partir des trous qui sont disposés autour de la tête de brûleur (5); un boîtier (6) qui est agencé au niveau de la base du corps de brûleur (3); un injecteur (7) qui est disposé dans le boîtier (6) et qui permet au gaz d'être distribué à partir du côté inférieur du corps de brûleur (3) dans la chambre de mélange (4), et une conduite d'admission de gaz (8) qui fournit du gaz à l'injecteur (7).
