Abstract

본 출원은 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 과당-6-인산-3-에피머화 효소 (fructose-6-phosphate-3-epimerase), 상기 과당-6-인산-3-에피머화 효소를 암호화하는 핵산 및 상기 핵산을 포함하는 형질전환체에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 출원은 본 출원의 과당-6-인산-3-에피머화 효소를 포함하는 알룰로스(allulose) 생산용 조성물 및 본 출원의 과당-6-인산-3-에피머화 효소를 이용한 알룰로스 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
