Abstract

La présente invention concerne un four (1) comprenant : une cavité (2) servant à la cuisson des aliments ; une cloison (3) servant à diviser la cavité (2) en deux parties (4) de cavité servant chacune à la cuisson des aliments, la cloison (3) étant disposée de manière amovible dans la cavité (2) ; une unité de chauffage (5) servant à chauffer sélectivement les parties (4) de cavité ; une unité de commande (6) servant à commander l'unité de chauffage (5), l'unité de commande (6) comportant une double fonction de cuisson. Le four comprend en outre une unité de commutation (7) conçue pour détecter la présence ou l'absence de la cloison (3), et pour émettre un signal indiquant la présence ou l'absence de la cloison (3), l'unité de commande (6) étant conçue en outre pour commander l'unité de chauffage (5) sur la base du signal émis par l'unité de commutation (7).
