Abstract

Füllmaschine (1, 40, 50, 60) zum sterilen Abfüllen eines Lebensmittels umfassend wenigstens eine Hauptkomponente (29) und wenigstens eine Zusatzkomponente (26) in eine Vielzahl von Behältern (2), insbesondere Karton-/Kunststoff-Verbundpackungen, mit einer Leiteinrichtung (33, 52) zum Leiten der wenigstens einen, insbesondere pasteurisierten oder sterilisierten, Hauptkomponente (29) von wenigstens einer Zuführeinheit (32) zu wenigstens einem Füllauslass (28, 42) eines Füllventils (34, 41, 54). Damit Lebensmittel umfassend wenigstens eine Hauptkomponente und wenigstens eine Zusatzkomponente einfacher gehandhabt werden können, ist vorgesehen, dass ein Vorlagebehälter (36) für die wenigstens eine Zusatzkomponente (26), eine mit dem Vorlagebehälter (36) verbundene Dosiereinrichtung (37, 43, 55, 61) zum Dosieren der Zusatzkomponente (26) in die Behälter (2) und/oder zur Hauptkomponente (29) und in der Dosiereinrichtung (37, 43, 55, 61) eine elektrische Heizeinrichtung (39) zum Pasteurisieren oder Sterilisieren der Zusatzkomponente (26) vor dem Dosieren in die Behälter (2) und/oder zur Hauptkomponente (29) vorgesehen sind.
