Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de préparation d'aliments au moyen d'air chaud. L'appareil comprend : un pot et une chambre de préparation d'aliments (1) disposée à l'intérieur du pot. Un canal d'air chaud (9) est disposé entre une paroi verticale interne (5) du pot et la chambre de préparation d'aliments (1). A l'intérieur du canal d'air chaud (9), la paroi verticale interne (5) du pot est pourvue d'une structure de guidage d'air (7) qui permet de guider l'air chaud s'écoulant vers le bas en direction d'un fond de la chambre de préparation d'aliments (1) pour entrer dans la chambre de préparation d'aliments (1). La structure de guidage d'air (7) disposée sur la paroi verticale interne (5) du pot à l'intérieur du canal d'air chaud (9) interrompt un trajet de mouvement régulier de l'air chaud, force immédiatement l'air chaud à entrer dans la chambre de préparation d'aliments (1) dans la direction de la structure de guidage d'air (7) de manière à chauffer les aliments et évacue rapidement l'humidité évaporée des aliments vers l'extérieur. L'appareil permet de cuire les aliments rapidement et de manière homogène, tout en étant facile à nettoyer.
