Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Sicherheitselements (12) mit einem Kippbild, umfassend die folgenden Schritte: Bereitstellen eines Substrats (14), das einen Bereich mit einem laserstrahlungssensitiven Farbstoff aufweist; Ausbilden einer Vielzahl von Mikrostrukturen (26) am Substrat (14), wobei die Mikrostrukturen (26) jeweils so ausgebildet sind, dass sie auf eine Vorderseite des Substrats (14) einfallende Strahlung in den Bereich fokussieren; und Einstrahlen eines Satzes (28) von parallelen Laserstrahlen auf die Mikrostrukturen (26) unter einem ersten Winkel zu dem Substrat (14), wobei die einzelnen Laserstrahlen des Satzes (28) derart angeordnet werden, dass eine Struktur eines ersten Kippbilds (18) erzeugt wird, welches unter einem, dem ersten Winkel (et) zugeordneten Betrachtungswinkel von der Vorderseite erkennbar ist; wobei der laserstrahlungssensitive Farbstoff durch Bestrahlung mit bestimmter Laserstrahlung seine Farbe ändert; und wobei das erste Kippbild (18) einen durch die Änderung der Farbe bedingten Farbeffekt zeigt.
