Abstract
La présente invention concerne un guide de tige poussoir d'une chambre de frein de véhicule. Le guide de tige poussoir prend la forme d'une plaque circulaire, et à l'intérieur de celui-ci sont formées : une ouverture de tige poussoir par laquelle entre et sort la tige poussoir ; et des surfaces d'incision qui s'étendent dans la direction radiale à partir du centre de la plaque circulaire. Les surfaces d'incision sont accouplées l'une à l'autre tout en formant un pas de sorte à empêcher un glissement entre les surfaces en contact l'une avec l'autre. Des rainures de charnière sont formées, sur la surface supérieure de la plaque circulaire, le long de la direction radiale de la plaque circulaire d'au moins 120° à moins de 180° autour du centre de la plaque circulaire en partant de la surface d'incision. Une petite forme de ventilateur et une grande forme de ventilateur sont formées autour des rainures de charnière, et la petite forme de ventilateur tourne par rapport à la grande forme de ventilateur autour de la rainure de charnière, étant ainsi insérée dans la surface latérale de la tige poussoir dans la direction axiale, et la rainure de charnière est restaurée élastiquement et ainsi assemblée. Selon la présente invention, étant donné que la surface d'incision est formée sur le guide de tige poussoir formé d'un seul tenant, et que la partie étagée est formée dans la surface d'incision formée pour permettre une fixation ferme de la tige poussoir, une force de fixation ferme peut être maintenue pour la tige poussoir sans élément d'accouplement supplémentaire, et ainsi l'efficacité de production de la tige poussoir peut être améliorée.
