Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un bloc en nid d'abeilles à petites ouvertures, le procédé de fabrication d'un bloc comprenant les étapes suivantes : 1) préparation de matières premières ; 2) introduction desdites matières premières dans un mélangeur planétaire et mélange durant 5 à 7 minutes ; 3) injection des matières premières mélangées dans une cavité de moule dans laquelle un moule gauche et un moule droit se ferment pour la mise en forme ; 4) application de pression au mélange dans la cavité de moule à l'aide d'un dispositif de compression hydraulique qui utilise une pression hydraulique de 150 à 250 kg/cm2 afin de placer sous pression et de mouler par compaction les matières premières dans la cavité de moule, puis fixation du moule gauche et du moule droit en une unité ; 5) mise en place des moules gauche et droit qui sont fixés en une unité et du bloc moulé par compression dans une chambre à température et humidité constantes pour le durcissement, les conditions de durcissement étant de 90 à 100 % d'humidité, tandis que la température est de 20 ± 2 °C, puis durcissement durant 8 heures et retrait des moules, le bloc démoulé continuant à durcir dans une chambre de durcissement jusqu'à un niveau de maturation défini au bout duquel un produit fini est obtenu. Le procédé de fabrication de bloc utilise la boue produite par une installation d'épuration des eaux usées domestiques et des particules de polystyrène pour produire des blocs légers sans pollution secondaire.
