Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines pneumatischen Stellsystems (1) eines Getriebes, wobei das Stellsystem (1) ein Luftreservoir (5) aufweist, in dem ein erster Druck herrscht, wobei das Luftreservoir (5) mit einem Stellerraum (6) des Stellsystems (1) gekoppelt ist, in dem ein zweiter Druck herrscht, und wobei der Stellerraum (6) über Schaltventile (7, 8, 9, 10) mit Schaltzylindern (2, 3) gekoppelt ist. Bei Ausführung einer Schaltung im Getriebe wird eine den aktiven Schaltzylindern (2, 3) über die entsprechenden Schaltventile (7, 8, 9, 10) zugeführte Luftmasse und eine Luftmassensumme aus einer zur Durchführung der Schaltung benötigten Soll Luftmasse in den aktiven Schaltzylindern (2, 3) und einer aktuellen Grundleckage der aktivierten Schaltzylinder (2, 3) ermittelt, wobei dann auf eine Fehlerleckage im pneumatischen Stellsystem (1) geschlossen wird, wenn die den aktiven Schaltzylindern (2, 3) zugeführte Luftmasse größer als die Luftmassensumme ist. Bei einer erkannten Fehlerleckage im pneumatischen Stellsystem (1) ist vorgesehen, dass die mit dem Stellerraum (6) und den Schaltzylindern (2, 3) in Verbindung stehenden Schaltventile (7, 8, 9, 10) des pneumatischen Stellsystems (1) für eine parametrierbare Zeitdauer abgeschaltet werden.
