Abstract
Description
(a)固形保湿剤と、
(b)ポリエーテル変性シリコーンと、
(c)25℃における屈折率が1.380~1.420であるシリコーン油と、
を含み、化粧料全量に対する保湿剤の含有量が22質量%以上である。
ここで、(a)固形保湿剤の固形とは、室温(25℃)、常圧(1気圧。9.8×104Pa)において粉体、塊状またはペースト状であることを意味し、本発明において固形とはこの意味で用いている。また、固形保湿剤は水相に安定して分散し得る親水性のものである。
(b)ポリエーテル変性シリコーンはHLB2~7であることがより好ましい。
(d)シリコーンエラストマーはジメチコンクロスポリマーまたはジメチコン/ビニルジメチコンクロスポリマーであることが好ましい。
本発明の油中水型乳化化粧料は、さらに(e)液状保湿剤を含んでいてもよい。
(a)固形保湿剤と、
(b)ポリエーテル変性シリコーンと、
(c)25℃における屈折率が1.380~1.420であるシリコーン油と、
を含み、化粧料全量に対する保湿剤の含有量が22質量%以上であるので、べたつきがなく、外観もみずみずしい半透明~透明であって、保湿感も得ることができる。
(a)固形保湿剤と、
(b)ポリエーテル変性シリコーンと、
(c)25℃における屈折率が1.380~1.420であるシリコーン油と、
を含み、化粧料全量に対する保湿剤の含有量が22質量%以上である。
以下、各成分について詳細に説明する。
(a)固形保湿剤は室温(25℃)、常圧(1気圧。9.8×104Pa)において粉体、塊状またはペースト状であって、水相に安定して分散または溶解するものである。
(a)固形保湿剤は、固形の多価アルコールおよび/または固形のアミノ酸であることが好ましい。より具体的には、スクロース、エリスリトール、トレハロース、マルチトール、キシリトール等の糖類、平均分子量1000~25000のポリエチレングリコール、グリシン、アラニン、セリン、アルギニン、アスパラギン酸、グルタミン酸、アルギニン塩酸塩、トリメチルグリシン、グリシルグリシン等のアミノ酸またはアミノ酸誘導体、およびビスPEG-18メチルエーテルジメチルシラン(PEG:ポリエチレングリコール)の中から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることがより好ましい。これらの固形保湿剤は単独で用いてもよいし、2種以上を適宜組み合わせて用いてもよい。
ビスPEG-18メチルエーテルジメチルシランの具体的な市販品の商品名としては、Cosmetic Wax 2501(東レ・ダウコーニング社製)、SM4110P(KCC Corporation社製)を挙げることができる。
本発明に用いられる(b)ポリエーテル変性シリコーンは、乳化安定性を高めるためのもので、シリコーン鎖(シロキサン鎖)を主鎖とし、ポリエーテル基を有する親水基を側鎖として有するものものであり、特に、シリコーン骨格に、ポリオキシエチレン(POE)やポリオキシプロピレン(POP)等のポリオキシアルキレン基を導入したポリエーテル変性シリコーンが好ましい。
なお、本発明においては、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲でポリエーテル変性シリコーン以外の界面活性剤(乳化剤)を併用することも可能である。
本発明に用いられるシリコーン油は25℃における屈折率が1.380~1.420である。屈折率がこの範囲のシリコーン油を用いることで、油相の屈折率を下げることができる。屈折率は、デジタル屈折率計(ATAGO社製 タイプ:RX5000α)にて測定される値である。
揮発性シリコーン油分とは、室温(25℃)、常圧(1気圧。9.8×104Pa)で揮発するシリコーン油をいう。具体的には、例えば、デカメチルテトラシロキサン、ヘキサメチルジシロキサン、ドデカメチルペンタシロキサン等の鎖状シリコーン油(鎖状ポリシロキサン)、シクロメチコン、ヘキサメチルシクロトリシロキサン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、メチルポリシクロシロキサン 等の環状シリコーン油(環状ポリシロキサン)等が挙げられる。不揮発性シリコーン油としては、ジメチコン(ジメチルポリシロキサン)のうち重合度6以上のものがあげられる。(c)シリコーン油は1種を単独で、または2種以上を適宜組み合わせて用いることができる。
また、シリコーン油の配合量は油相全量に対して75質量%以上であることが好ましい。75質量%以上であることにより、化粧料をよりみずみずしく、また、透明性を維持しやすくすることができる。
本発明の油中水型乳化化粧料は、さらに(d)シリコーンエラストマーを含むことが好ましい。シリコーンエラストマーを含むことによって、化粧料の肌なじみがさらによくなり、浸透性を高めることができる。シリコーンエラストマーとしては、特に限定されるものではないが、ジメチコンクロスポリマー、ジメチコン/ビニルジメチコンクロスポリマー、ジメチコン/フェニルビニルジメチコンクロスポリマー、ビニルジメチコン/ラウリルジメチコンクロスポリマー、ラウリルポリジメチルシロキシエチルジメチコン/ビス-ビニルジメチコンクロスポリマー、アルキル(C30-45)セテアリルジメチコンクロスポリマー、セテアリルジメチコンクロスポリマーからなる群より選択される1種または2種以上が好ましく用いられる。適度な肌感触が得られるという観点からは、ジメチコンクロスポリマーまたはジメチコン/ビニルジメチコンクロスポリマーが好ましい。
ジメチコンクロスポリマーの膨潤物として、9040シリコーンエラストマーブレンド、9041シリコーンエラストマーブレンド、9045シリコーンエラストマーブレンド、EL-8040IDシリコーンオーガニックブレンド(以上、東レ・ダウコーニング社製)等が挙げられる。
液状保湿剤としては、ジプロピレングリコール、グリセリン、1,3-ブチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール等が挙げられる。液状保湿剤を含むことで、より保湿性を向上させることができる。特許文献1では、水相にグリセリンを配合することで屈折率を調整しているが、この場合には化粧料のべたつきを抑制することができない。本発明の油中水型乳化化粧料は液状保湿剤を含んでいても、べたつきが抑制される。これは本発明の油中水型乳化化粧料に含まれる固形保湿剤が液状保湿剤のべたつきを抑制するためと考えられる。液状保湿剤の配合量は化粧料全量に対して0.1~30質量%であることが好ましい。より好ましくは、0.5~20質量%である。0.1~30質量%の範囲とすることで、べたつきを抑えながら、保湿効果を高めることができる。
油相成分は、本発明の油中水型乳化化粧料中に、10~50質量%配合される。10質量%以上とすることで、化粧料を油中水型とすることが容易となり、50質量%以下とすることで、内相の水が少なくなりすぎず、よりうるおい感のある使用感とすることができる。
油中水型乳化化粧料であるスキンケアクリームを表1に示す処方で製造し、得られたスキンケアクリームについて、透明度、使用感(べたつき、油っぽさ、しっとり感)の観点から以下の評価基準で判定した。処方とともに結果を表1に示す。なお、配合量は、すべて質量%である。
* ポリオキシエチレン・メチルポリシロキサン共重合体:シリコーンKF-6017P(信越化学工業社製)
** メチルシロキサン網状重合体:トスパール3000A(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ・ジャパン合同会製)
*** 架橋型シリコーン・網状型シリコーンブロック共重合体:KSP-102(信越化学工業株式会社製)
各例の組成物を目視で観察し、以下の評価基準で判定した。
AA:透明であり、文字がクリアに見える
A:僅かな濁りが認められるが、ほぼ透明であり、文字がクリアに見える
B:やや濁りが観察され、文字がクリアではないが識別できる
C:白濁した透明であり、文字を識別できない
各例の組成物について、使用感(べたつき、油っぽさ、しっとり感)について、アンケートの結果から次の基準で評価した。
(評価基準)
AA:20名中、18名以上が良好と回答した
A:20名中、12~17名が良好と回答した
B:20名中、5~11名が良好と回答した
C:20名中、4名未満が良好と回答した
一方、比較例1のように液状の保湿剤のみの場合には、べたつき、皮膚への浸透が悪かった。また、化粧料全量に対する保湿剤の含有量が少ない比較例2では組成物が白濁してしまった上、べたつきが残った。また、屈折率が本発明の範囲外のシリコーン油を用いた比較例3でも、組成物が白濁し、べたついて、油っぽかった。さらに、活性剤がポリエーテル変性シリコーンではない比較例4では組成物の作製ができなかった。
Claims (10)
- (a)固形保湿剤と、
(b)ポリエーテル変性シリコーンと、
(c)25℃における屈折率が1.380~1.420であるシリコーン油と、
を含み、化粧料全量に対する保湿剤の含有量が22質量%以上である油中水型乳化化粧料。 - 前記(a)固形保湿剤が、固形の多価アルコールおよび/または固形のアミノ酸である請求項1記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- 前記固形の多価アルコールおよび/または固形のアミノ酸が、ビスPEG-18メチルエーテルジメチルシラン、平均分子量1000~25000のポリエチレングリコール、エリスリトール、トレハロース、キシリトール、トリメチルグリシンおよびグリシルグリシンの中から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項2記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- 前記(b)ポリエーテル変性シリコーンがHLB1~10である請求項1、2または3記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- 前記(b)ポリエーテル変性シリコーンがHLB2~7である請求項4記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- 前記(b)ポリエーテル変性シリコーンが、ポリオキシエチレン・メチルポリシロキサン共重合体、セチルジメチコンコポリオール、ポリ(オキシエチレン・オキシプロピレン)メチルポリシロキサン共重合体、ラウリルPEG-9ポリジメチルシロキシエチルジメチコン、メチルポリシロキサン・セチルメチルポリシロキサン・ポリ(オキシエチレン・オキシプロピレン)メチルポリシロキサン共重合体の中から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項5記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- さらに(d)シリコーンエラストマーを含む請求項1~6いずれか1項記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- 前記(d)シリコーンエラストマーがジメチコンクロスポリマーまたはジメチコン/ビニルジメチコンクロスポリマーである請求項7記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- さらに(e)液状保湿剤を含む請求項1~8いずれか1項記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
- 半透明~透明である請求項1~9いずれか1項記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
