Description

净化装置 技术领域
本发明涉及净化装置。
背景技术
近年来,对于油品的净化出现多种净化技术:如过滤法、离心法、静电分离法、高强磁性过滤等等,以上所有的净化手段都是在油品老化以后进行,这些事后处理方案,往往需要停机进行,并且需要大量的耗材,如耗电、更换滤芯、排放废液等等;另外,油品的品质在经过上述的净化方法后的得不到完全的恢复,需要进行添加其他成分。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了净化装置,其能够有效去除变质润滑油和粘稠油泥,减少阀和泵的粘滞和漆膜造成的失效、动作不灵、密封件破损和泄漏等故障,除此之外,该装置无需通电,无能源消耗,安装简单,无废液排出,对环境无污染;其采用的技术方案如下:
净化装置,包括
用于粗过滤的过滤装置;
用于细过虑的净化装置;
和单向节流阀其设置于过滤装置和净化装置之间,并通过管道与 过滤装置的出油口相连。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述过滤装置包括含有进油口和出油口的顶盖、壳体和滤芯,进油口和出油口对称分布在顶盖两侧,所述顶盖安装于壳体顶部,且连接处设置有密封圈;所述滤芯顶部卡接于顶盖中,底部设置于壳体内。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述滤芯包括顶板、底板、内部为空腔的杆件和纸芯,所述杆件穿装于顶板和底板,且与顶盖的出油口相连;所述杆件的侧壁上设有若干个通孔,所述纸芯通过支架设置于顶板和底板中间。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述支架为铁皮支架,且支架上带有孔眼。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述净化装置包括若干块磁铁和盒体,所述若干块磁铁的N、S极互相错开,并通过环氧树脂而密封成一体;密封成一体的若干块磁铁设于盒体内,所述盒体设置于油箱内,且其进口与过滤装置的出油口相连通。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述单向节流阀包括阀体、阀芯和调节螺钉,所述阀体内设有并排排列的第一容置腔和第二容置腔,且第一容置腔与第二容置腔相连通;所述第一容置腔与第一进出口相连通,且第一进出口与过滤装置的出油口相连通;所述第二容置腔与第二进出口相连通,且第二进出口与净化装置的进口相连通;所述阀芯外侧壁上设有三角沟槽,阀芯设置于第二容置腔内,且阀芯一端通过弹簧与尾座相连,另一端与调节螺钉相连。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述盒体采用不锈钢材料制成。
本发明具有如下优点:通过过滤装置将油液中的杂质如外界尘埃、大颗粒物及油管中的残留物等过滤,纸芯采用平纹或皱纹微孔滤纸,使得过滤装置整体强度高、性能稳定、过滤精度高且能在高温条件下使用;通过净化装置的油液受到磁场作用,延缓油品老化,延长换油周期,使设备和元件的受损概率大大降低,延长设备的寿命,通过单向节流阀使油液单向流动,防止油液倒流,需再次净油从而降低工作效率;该净化装置属于事前处理方案,其能够有效去除变质润滑油和粘稠油泥,减少阀和泵的粘滞和漆膜造成的失效、动作不灵、密封件破损和泄漏等故障,除此之外,该装置无需通电,无能源消耗,安装简单,无废液排出,对环境无污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本实施例的净化装置,包括
用于粗过滤的过滤装置1;
用于细过虑的净化装置2;
和单向节流阀3其设置于过滤装置1和净化装置2之间,并通过管道4与过滤装置1的出油口相连。
优选的,所述过滤装置1包括含有进油口1-1和出油口1-2的顶盖11、壳体12和滤芯,进油口1-1和出油口1-2对称分布在顶盖11两侧,所述顶盖11安装于壳体12顶部,且连接处设置有密封圈;所述滤芯顶部卡接于顶盖11中,底部设置于壳体12内。
优选的,所述滤芯包括顶板16、底板15、内部为空腔的杆件14和纸芯13,所述杆件14穿装于顶板16和底板15,且与顶盖11的出油口1-1相连;所述杆件14的侧壁上设有若干个通孔,所述纸芯13通过支架设置于顶板16和底板15中间。
优选的,所述支架为铁皮支架,且支架上带有孔眼。
优选的,所述净化装置2包括若干块磁铁21和盒体22,所述若干块磁铁21的N、S极互相错开,并通过环氧树脂而密封成一体;密封成一体的若干块磁铁设于盒体22内,所述盒体22设置于油箱内,且其进口22-1与过滤装置1的出油口11-2相连通。
优选的,所述单向节流阀3包括阀体31、阀芯32和调节螺钉33,所述阀体31内设有并排排列的第一容置腔31-1和第二容置腔31-2,且第一容置腔31-1与第二容置腔31-2相连通;所述第一容置腔31-1与第一进出口3-1相连通,且第一进出口3-1与过滤装置1的出油口11-2相连通;所述第二容置腔31-2与第二进出口3-2相连通,且第二进出口3-2与净化装置2的进口22-1相连通;所述阀芯32外侧壁上设有三角沟槽,阀芯32设置于第二容置腔31-2内,且阀芯一端通过弹簧34与尾座35相连,另一端与调节螺钉33相连。当油液从第一进出口进入时,油液将阀芯压向左边,流经第一容置腔、第二容置 腔后,从第二进出口流出;其次阀芯上开设的三角沟槽主要是为了减少油液回流时对阀体造成的压力,当油液从第二进出口进入时,油液通过阀芯上的三角沟槽、第二容置腔和第一容置腔后经第一进出口流出;旋动调节螺钉可以改变阀芯的轴向位置,从而改变单向节流阀通过的油液流量。
进一步,所述盒体22采用不锈钢材料制成。
通过过滤装置将油液中的杂质如外界尘埃、大颗粒物及油管中的残留物等过滤,纸芯采用平纹或皱纹微孔滤纸,使得过滤装置整体强度高、性能稳定、过滤精度高且能在高温条件下使用;通过净化装置的油液受到磁场作用,延缓油品老化,延长换油周期,使设备和元件的受损概率大大降低,延长设备的寿命,通过单向节流阀使油液单向流动,防止油液倒流,需再次净油从而降低工作效率。

  1. 净化装置,其特征在于,包括
    用于粗过滤的过滤装置(1);
    用于细过虑的净化装置(2);
    和单向节流阀(3)其设置于过滤装置(1)和净化装置(2)之间,并通过管道(4)与过滤装置(1)的出油口相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的净化装置,其特征在于:所述过滤装置(1)包括含有进油口(1-1)和出油口(1-2)的顶盖(11)、壳体(12)和滤芯,进油口(1-1)和出油口(1-2)对称分布在顶盖(11)两侧,所述顶盖(11)安装于壳体(12)顶部,且连接处设置有密封圈;所述滤芯顶部卡接于顶盖(11)中,底部设置于壳体(12)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的净化装置,其特征在于:所述滤芯包括顶板(16)、底板(15)、内部为空腔的杆件(14)和纸芯(13),所述杆件(14)穿装于顶板(16)和底板(15),且与顶盖(11)的出油口(1-1)相连;所述杆件(14)的侧壁上设有若干个通孔,所述纸芯(13)通过支架设置于顶板(16)和底板(15)中间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的净化装置,其特征在于:所述支架为铁皮支架,且支架上带有孔眼。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的净化装置,其特征在于:所述净化装置(2)包括若干块磁铁(21)和盒体(22),所述若干块磁铁(21)的N、S极互相错开,并通过环氧树脂而密封成一体;密封成一体的若干块磁铁设于盒体(22)内,所述盒体(22)设置于油箱内,且其进口(22-1)与过滤装置(1)的出油口(11-2)相连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的净化装置,其特征在于:所述单向节流阀(3)包括阀体(31)、阀芯(32)和调节螺钉(33),所述阀体(31)内设有并排排列的第一容置腔(31-1)和第二容置腔(31-2),且第一容置腔(31-1)与第二容置腔(31-2)相连通;所述第一容置腔(31-1)与第一进出口(3-1)相连通,且第一进出口(3-1)与过滤装置(1)的出油口(11-2)相连通;所述第二容置腔(31-2)与第二进出口(3-2)相连通,且第二进出口(3-2)与净化装置(2)的进口(22-1)相连通;所述阀芯(32)外侧壁上设有三角沟槽,阀芯(32)设置于第二容置腔(31-2)内,且阀芯一端通过弹簧(34)与尾座(35)相连,另一端与调节螺钉(33)相连。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的净化装置,其特征在于:所述盒体(22)采用不锈钢材料制成。
