Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine d'exercice/préparation multi-usage portable, compacte, efficace et confortable basée sur un amortisseur rotatif contrôlable qui utilise des fluides intelligents. La machine est constituée d'un corps cylindrique qui contient un amortisseur rotatif basé sur un fluide intelligent, un mécanisme pour le retrait de la chaîne ou du câble de traction, et une source de puissance pour alimenter les sources de champs dans l'amortisseur rotatif. En outre, un accessoire est prévu lequel permet à l'utilisateur de fixer la machine d'exercice sur une surface pour divers exercices, et une machine qui peut être reliée à la chaîne ou au câble de traction. Lors d'une traction ou d'un pédalage, l'utilisateur subit la résistance imposée par l'amortisseur rotatif, effectuant ainsi un exercice dont la plage de résistance est contrôlable.
