Abstract

본 발명은 인간 유래 심장 줄기세포를 이용한 미세구의 제조 방법 및 이의 심근 재생 효과를 이용한 허혈성 심장질환 치료 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 심장 줄기세포를 이용한 미세구는 기존의 심장 줄기세포와 비교하여 우수한 심근분화능과 재생 치료능을 가져 심근경색과 같은 허혈성 심장질환의 치료 용도로 사용할 수 있을 것이다.
