Abstract

La présente invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés améliorés pour collecter, isoler et analyser des trophoblastes à partir du canal endocervical pour un test génétique prénatal. La présente invention concerne, plus précisément, un dispositif de collecte d'échantillon endocervical, le dispositif de collecte étant amélioré avec des nanostructures/microstructures de surface et fonctionnalisé avec des anticorps spécifiques aux trophoblastes pour permettre au dispositif de collecte d'adhérer de préférence à des trophoblastes fœtaux et de prélever les trophoblastes fœtaux au lieu de cellules maternelles et/ou de matériaux non cellulaires tels que le mucus endocervical. L'invention concerne en outre une préparation mucolytique non caustique pour traiter un échantillon endocervical afin d'éliminer le mucus tout en conservant les cellules trophoblastiques intactes et viables pour une culture et un traitement en aval.
