Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um forro multicamada de vestuário respirável, reutilizável e à prova de vazamentos, com funções absorvente, antimicrobiana, de impermeabilização e de dispersão de vapores. Tal forro possui como finalidade evitar vazamento de fluidos corporais como suor, sangue, fluidos vaginais, fluido menstrual, urina, leite materno ou fluidos pós-cirúrgicos.

FORRO MULTI CAMADA DE VESTUÁRIO
CAMPO DA INVENÇÃO
[001] Trata-se de um forro multicamada de vestuário respirável, reutilizável e à prova de vazamentos, com funções absorvente, antimicrobiana, de impermeabilização e de dispersão de vapores.
FUNDAMENTOS DA INVENÇÃO
[002] Roupas com funcionalidades provem soluções para os consumidores e são capazes de aumentar o bem-estar e a saúde. Atualmente, existem diversas soluções para os problemas relativos à liberação dos fluidos corporais como suor, sangue, fluidos vaginais, fluido menstrual, urina, leite materno ou fluidos pós-cirúrgicos .
[003] Porém, muitas dessas soluções para a liberação de fluidos corporais não refletem soluções práticas, uma vez que requerem aplicação diária e reaplicação. Ademais, o descarte após o uso pode refletir em outros problemas técnicos para o consumidor.
[004] Desta maneira, produtos laváveis e reaproveitáveis para solucionar os problemas de liberação de fluidos corporais são desejáveis pelo consumidor. Adicionalmente, a alta durabilidade de tais produtos também é um fator desejável.
[005] A presente invenção refere-se a um forro multicamada de vestuário respirável, reaproveitável e à prova de vazamentos. Tal forro possui como finalidade principal evitar vazamento de fluidos corporais como suor, sangue, fluidos vaginais, fluido menstrual, urina, leite materno ou fluidos pós-cirúrgicos. O forro pode ser costurado ou colado à peça de vestuário visando aumentar a qualidade de vida e o bem-estar dos consumidores. Os ditos
vestuários nos quais o forro pode ser aplicado incluem: roupas intimas femininas e masculinas, shorts, bermudas, saias, calças, sutiãs, camisas, camisetas, macacões, modeladores corporais, vestidos, roupas de dormir femininas masculinas e outras.
[006] O presente forro multicamada para vestuário possui pelo menos quatro camadas, dentre as quais pelo menos uma possui funcionalidade antimicrobiana, que é fundamental para garantir a saúde e o bem-estar do usuário.
[007] O fato do referido forro ser reutilizável garante que a presente invenção seja uma solução económica e higiénica para o usuário, além de contribuir positivamente para o meio ambiente.
[008] A respirabilidade do forro multicamada para vestuário é essencial para manter a estabilidade da temperatura e do conforto da peça para o usuário durante o seu uso. Ademais, o forro possui função antimicrobiana com durabilidade de até 60 lavagens utilizando máquina de lavar roupa. Para a preservação de sua característica antimicrobiana após diversas lavagens, o forro deve ser higienizado sem amaciante de roupa ou alvejante, de forma a garantir as suas funções.
[009] O pedido de patente americano US 2013006288 revela diversas modalidades de forros multicamada de vestuário. Em uma de suas modalidades é revelado um forro com uma primeira camada com função de absorção e drenagem; uma segunda camada antimicrobiana; uma terceira camada impermeável e respirável de politetrafluoretileno (PTFE) ; uma quarta camada externa de tecido, que protege a terceira camada e auxilia na difusão de umidade e uma quinta camada de material de acabamento externo.
[010] Cumpre ressaltar que a camada impermeável do presente pedido de patente é composta por poliuretano termoplástico respirável (TPU) , enquanto que a camada respirável do pedido americano em questão é composta por PTFE. O uso do TPU na camada impermeável proporciona vantagens ao forro multicamada da presente invenção, uma vez que possui as características de ser respirável, de promover dispersão de vapores e impermeabilização. Além disso, a camada de TPU utilizada no forro multicamada pleiteado é adicionada ao forro sem o uso de tratamentos químicos, caracterizando-se como uma opção menos custosa, de rápida produção e, ainda, mais salubre, principalmente aos usuários com problemas alérgicos, por exemplo. Diante das características descritas acima, o forro multicamada da presente invenção trata-se de uma solução técnica diferenciada daquela descrita pelo documento de patentes americano supracitado.
BREVE DESCRIÇÃO DA INVENÇÃO
[011] A presente invenção refere-se a um forro multicamada de vestuário respirável, reutilizável e à prova de vazamentos. Tal forro possui como finalidade evitar vazamento de fluidos corporais como suor, sangue, fluidos vaginais, fluido menstrual, urina, leite materno ou fluidos pós-cirúrgicos . Adicionalmente, o referido forro multicamada possui funções absorvente, antimicrobiana, de impermeabilização e de dispersão de vapores.
[012] O forro multicamada pode ser costurado ou colado à peça de vestuário, as quais incluem, mas não se limitam à: roupas íntimas femininas e masculinas, shorts, bermudas, saias, calças, sutiãs, camisas, camisetas, macacões, modeladores corporais, vestidos, roupas de dormir
femininas e masculinas.
BREVE DESCRIÇÃO DAS FIGURAS
[013] A presente invenção será, a seguir, descrita com referência às modalidades representadas nas figuras.
[014] A figura 1 é uma vista esquemática que mostra o forro multicamada para vestuário composto pelas camadas A, B, C e D.
[015] A figura 2 é uma vista esquemática que mostra uma modalidade do forro multicamada para vestuário composto pelas camadas A, B, C, Dl e D2.
DESCRIÇÃO DETALHADA DA INVENÇÃO
[016] A presente invenção refere-se a um forro multicamada de vestuário que pode ser usado em peças de vestuário, preferencialmente, em roupas intimas femininas e masculinas em geral.
[017] O forro multicamada da presente invenção compreende pelo menos 4 (quatro) camadas, sendo uma primeira camada A de material de acabamento externo, preferencialmente selecionado de material do grupo compreendendo algodão, modal, bambú, viscose, poliéster, microfibra, nylon, incluindo combinações com elastano, com lycra e com spandex.
[018] Uma segunda camada "B" de material natural ou sintético selecionado do grupo compreendendo algodão, poliéster, bambú, viscose, tinsel, modal e nylon com peso entre 60 e 350 g/m2 e pode possuir estrutura de mala, de tecido trançado, de fleece, de felpa ou de microfibra. A referida camada é tratada quimicamente com produto antimibrocrobiano, particularmente com produto que contém ions de prata, como por exemplo Silpure (produto da Thomson Research associates) .
[019] A terceira camada do forro multicamada, a camada "C" é composta por poliuretano termoplástico respirável de 0, 015-0, 020mm que é aplicado sem o uso de produtos químicos nocivos, como aqueles presentes nos forros já conhecidos no estado da técnica.
[020] Uma quarta camada interna, a camada "D", é a camada de contato com a pele e pode ser composta de qualquer tecido que contenha meios apropriados para absorção, higiene, drenagem etc.
[021] A camada "C", terceira camada, é fixada na segunda camada, camada "B" por meio de um processo de laminação, com aplicação de calor. As demais camadas são unidas por meio de processo de costura específico.
[022] A combinação da camada impermeável "C" e da camada antimicrobiana "B" promove maior efetividade antimicrobiana pelo fato da camada "C" se encontrar na parte inferior do forro multicamada, de modo que a maior parte do líquido absorvido não fica em contato com o tecido antimicrobiano . Além disso, a organização das camadas "B" e "C" gera maior flexibilidade durante o vestuário que contenha o forro multicamadas . Além disso, devido à disposição das camadas, o forro da presente invenção não possui grandes espessuras e, por essa razão, trata-se de i, forro mais confortável para o usuário.
[023] Em uma outra modalidade da presente invenção, a camada "D" é substituída pelas camadas "Dl" e "D2". A camada "D2" é uma camada opcional e com função absorvente, enquanto que a camada "Dl" é a camada interna.
[024] A camada "Dl" é a camada interna do forro que pode ser composta por 51% dos seguintes materiais: modal, viscose, bambu, carbono ou algodão com 90-300gsm. Além
disso, a camada "Dl" pode ser tricotada ou tecida com um padrão especial a ser criado com: (1) aberturas maiores ou canais para o liquido em que os referidos canais facilitam a passagem mecânica do liquido, por capilaridade, para a próxima camada. O referido liquido inclui, mas não se limita à, líquidos com alta viscosidade e/ou menos polarizados do que a água e com (2) textura 3D que proporciona uma maior superfície de contato em direção ao corpo - permitindo uma secagem mais rápida e um toque mais seco se comparado a um tecido de Jersey de malha simples ou dupla de peso comparável e denier.
[025] A camada "D2" da presente invenção é uma camada absorvente composta por pelo menos 90% de poliéster ou microfibra com fibra coolplus incorporada com tecnologia de rápida absorção, secagem rápida e propriedades resfriantes, com 100-300gsm. As fibras coolplus são fibras distintas das tecnologias comumente utilizadas para se obter roupas com rápida absorção e secagem, uma vez que as referidas tecnologias utilizam produtos químicos que podem evadir do tecido devido as lavagens por terem sido desenvolvidas com funções de rápida absorção e secagem. Adicionalmente, as fibras coolplus por serem incorporadas diretamente no tecido são mais resistentes e não danificam ou saem com o passar do tempo. Tais características auxiliam na regulação da temperatura, prevenindo o aumento de temperatura no forro .
[026] Dependendo da finalidade do forro multicamada para vestuário, esta camada pode ser opcional ou estar em maiores quantidades no forro.
[027] O forro multicamada para vestuário possui resistência até 60 lavagens em máquina, guardados os
devidos cuidados, está em conformidade com a norma IS20743, possui resistência por 12 h ao teste de impermeabilidade aplicando 500 ml de fluido e é permeável ao ar.
[028] Os versados na arte valorizarão os conhecimentos aqui apresentados e poderão reproduzir a invenção nas modalidades apresentadas e em outras variantes, abrangidas no escopo das reivindicações anexas.
Claims
1. Forro muiticamada de vestuário que contém:
uma primeira camada A de material de acabamento externo,
uma quarta camada interna D de qualquer tecido com meios apropriados para absorção, higiene, drenagem e etc, que estará em contato com a pele;
caracterizado por possuir uma segunda camada B de material natural ou sintético; e
uma terceira camada C de poliuretano termoplástico respirável .
2. Forro multicamada de vestuário, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o material de acabamento da camada A é preferencialmente selecionado do grupo compreendendo algodão, modal, bambú, viscose, poliéster, microfibra, nylon, incluindo combinações com elastano, com lycra e com spandex.
3. Forro multicamada de vestuário, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o material natural ou sintético que compõe a camada B possui peso entre 60 e 350 g/m2
4. Forro multicamada de vestuário, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o material natural ou sintético que compõe a camada B é selecionado do grupo compreendendo algodão, poliéster, bambú, viscose, tinsel, modal e nylon.
5. Forro multicamada de vestuário, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o material natural ou sintético que compões a camada B pode possuir estrutura de mala, de tecido trançado, de fleece, de felpa ou de microfibra.
6. Forro multicamada de vestuário, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que a segunda camada B é tratada quimicamente com produto antimibrocrobiano, particularmente com produto que contém ions de prata, como por exemplo Silpure.
7. Forro multicamada de vestuário, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que a camada C de poliuretano termoplástico respirável possui espessura de 0, 015-0, 020mm e é aplicada sem o uso de produtos químicos.
8. Forro multicamada de vestuário, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que se pode adicionar uma camada D2 opcional com função absorvente entre as camadas "C" e "Dl", sendo a camada "Dl" a camada mais interna.
9. Forro multicamada de vestuário, de acordo com a reivindicação 8, caracterizado pelo fato de que a camada "Dl" pode ser tricotada ou tecida e pode ser composta por 51% de modal, viscose, bambu, carbono ou algodão com 90- 300gsm.
10. Forro multicamada de vestuário, de acordo com a reivindicação 8, caracterizado pelo fato de que a camada D2 pode ser composta por pelo menos 90% de poliéster ou microfibra com fibra coolplus com 100-300gsm.
