Definitions
- the utility utility patent relates to a disposable apparatus for shaving the undesirables such as the beard. Since the shaver is popularly known, but with original modifications and improvements which are the objects of the present invention in order to improve its use and efficiency over similar ones.
- the main modification made in the present invention is the diagonal positioning of the Blades (1) on the shaver.
- the leading edge (2) of the blades (1) is inclined in relation to the directional movement of the cut, the loops can slide slightly to the left or right in the cutting thread of the blades (1) allowing the scraping be done much more smoothly and concisely.
- the additional space required is naturally available allowing more than six smaller Blades (1) to be placed on the cutting line, thus, even though there is a larger amount of actual Blades (1) in the cut line, in fact, being of smaller size, there will be only the amount of the necessary material which is used to manufacture the three Custom Blades (1) of the conventional apparatus (No charge to the manufacturer. )
- the shaver configuration which is the subject of the present invention, comprises two sides, the inclination of which of the blades (1) is counterposed to each side (right & left) of the apparatus of the most stability, not allowing the apparatus to move sideways in time, but nothing prevents you from mounting the blades in one direction only. [007] In addition to this, there must be some safety features in order not to injure the skin. In this way, we have a laminated steel guard (3) with a series of windows exposing the adjacent Blades (1) in small sectors (4), as in fig.
- Fig. (1) shows in perspective an embodiment of the invention the slides (1) which are inclined and opposed in a razor (without the handle).
- Fig. (2) shows the two batteries (5) of Blades (1) opposite the holder (6).
- Fig. (3) shows the guardrail (3) with the sectors (4) integrated and the leading edges (2) sharpened or not.
- Fig. (4) shows a support (6) of the Blade (1).
- Fig. 5A shows a blade 1 whose sharp edging edges 2 have been cut into the blade body 1 itself and bent at the proper inclination.
- Figs. (6 and 7) shows a blade (1) whose striking edges (2) were obtained by pressing into the blade body itself (1) forming sharp protrusions.
- Figs. (8, 9, and 10) show a variation of assembly of the razor object of the present invention wherein the case (6) has a triangular profile allowing several blades to be mounted on the side faces thereof and inserted into the grating (3).
- Fig. (11) shows in perspective an assembly variation of the razor object of the present invention where the general configuration of the integral parts is cylindrical.
- Fig. (12) shows a technical drawing of the helical blades (1) integrated in the razor according to Fig. (11).
- Fig. 13, 14, 15 and 17 show in perspective the helical blades 1 in the assembly phase and mounted on the cylindrical spools 9 and the shaving apparatus.
- Fig. (16) shows in perspective the ratchet (10) integrated with the grid (3) limiting the rotational movements of the cylindrical spool (9).
- FIGS. 18, 19 and 20 show in perspective the blades 1, the leading edges 2 of which are made according to FIGS. 5A and 7, but without the inclines, which are manufactured for the apparatus of conventional shaving.
- Figs. (21 and 22) show a variation of the forms of manufacture of helical loops (1) with a wire core (18).
- Figures 18,19 and 20 show in perspective the helical blades 1 mounted on the spool 9,
- the manufacturing process consists of using the laser cutting technology and the pressing of the plates with mold and against mold, making the necessary folds in the plate to obtain the edges (2) (1) at the inclination and intended angle, forming a series of apertures (7) (as in a ventilation grid), here in practice, despite the fact that we have a whole battery (5) of Blades, as we can (5A and 5B) only one sheet was used in the manufacturing process. In addition to the improvements, this means material saving and manufacturing time.
- the Edging Edge (2) will follow a second step in production.
- the pressing of the sheet is made using a mold and against different mold, here the apertures (7) have an angular geometry forming cylindrical protrusions (8) or hexagons on protrusions on the surface of the sheet with a certain angle equal to or less than 90 ⁇ ° as can be seen in Figs. (6 and 7) this formation for the Blades (1) is more rigid increasing the overall strength of the rolled piece.
- the above-mentioned sheet pressing system of the present invention can be used even to produce the multiple Blades (1) which are currently used in conventional apparatus without any inclination (15) of the leading edges (2) in reference to edge of its holder (6) as shown in Figures (18 and 19 and 20) in perspective and in front.
- the ideal slope (15) of the blades is 68 ° to 73 °, taking into account the lower edge (2) and the left side of the apparatus viewed from the front.
- the web of sheet (1) must have a circular shape before the twist, with a diameter of 10 to 12 times greater than the average diameter of a spiral twist, if we try to create the spiral from a Straight blade tape we will get a cylindrical spiral with no space between layers on posts and after a few laps the angle of inclination (15) will be compromised.
- a ratchet system (10) of the known type to prevent unwanted rotation of the spool (9) within the rail (3) 16 shows the situation of the ratchet 10 at the end of the cylindrical guardrail 3 in cooperation with the notches 13 practiced in the peripheral edges of the sealing rings 14. In this way the spool (9) can rotate on its axis only when it is forced manually.
- the sheet forming the blades 1 may be a straight ribbon and it remains to be understood that part of the ribbon in the lengthwise direction involves a thin steel wire 18 of the type which is used to produce helicoidal springs as can be seen in Figures 21 and 22, this wire 18 must be wrapped with plate on the opposite side of the cutting edge (2) of the blade before being twisted in the spool (9) the joint between the two elements must be very solid without giving rise to any movement, it is recommended to use welding for this unit the.
