Abstract
본 발명은 도핑 원소 M을 포함하는 리튬 코발트계 산화물이며, 상기 리튬 코발트계 산화물의 입자는 상기 도핑 원소 M을 3,000ppm 이상 함유하고, 상기 리튬 코발트계 산화물의 입자는, 입자의 중심으로부터 표면까지의 반직경 중 중심측 90%에 해당하는 벌크부에서 상기 도핑 원소 M이 일정한 농도를 갖고,입자의 표면으로부터 중심부 방향으로 100nm까지의 표면부에서 상기 도핑 원소 M이 벌크부보다 높거나 동일한 농도로 함유되며, 표면으로부터 중심부 방향으로 점진적으로 감소하는 농도 구배를 갖는 이차전지용 양극 활물질을 제공한다.
