본 출원은기재 필름,및상기 기재 필름양면에 각각구비된 제1대전 방지층및 제2대전 방지층을포함하는 기재층;및보호필름,상기 보호필름 양면에각각 구비된제3대전 방지 층 및제4 대전방지층,및 상기제3 대전방지층의상기 보호 필름과대향하는면의 반대면 에 구비된이형층을포함하는 보호층을포함하고,상기기재층과보호층은상기 제2 대전방 지층과 상기이형층이마주보도록 점착제층에의하여접합되며,상기 점착제층의상기 이형 층과 접하는면의 표면 저항은 10¾여 이상 이하이며,상기 점착제층은 10아산½ 하에서비유전율이 3.5이상인것을특징으로하는광학 필름,광학필름제조 방법및 유기발 광전자장치제조 방법에관한 것이다.
