Abstract

본 명세서에는, 녹차 추출물 총 중량에 대하여 7 중량% 이상의 다당류, 20 중량% 미만의 카테킨 및 10 중량% 이상의 식이섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 녹차 추출물을 포함하는 조성물로서, 혈당 조절 용도를 갖는 조성물과 상기 조성물의 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 조성물은 글루코시다아제 및 아밀라아제 활성을 억제하는 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 소장세포에서 포도당 흡수를 억제하여 혈당을 낮추는 효과가 있다.
