Definitions
- the present invention relates to a piezoelectric speaker, and more particularly to a piezoelectric speaker provided with a fixing surface for fixing a piezoelectric film to a support.
- a speaker using a piezoelectric film (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a piezoelectric speaker) may be adopted as a speaker for acoustic equipment or for silencing.
- Piezoelectric speakers have the advantage of being small and light in volume.
- Patent Document 1 describes an example of a piezoelectric speaker. Specifically, Patent Document 1 describes that the piezoelectric speaker is attached to a wooden board as a support with an adhesive.
- the piezoelectric film When the piezoelectric film is attached to a support, depending on the support, it may be difficult for the low frequency sound in the audible range to be emitted.
- the present invention A piezoelectric film, a fixing surface for fixing the piezoelectric film to a support, and an intervening layer disposed between the piezoelectric film and the fixing surface;
- the piezoelectric speaker is provided, wherein a degree of restraint of the intervening layer is 5 ⁇ 10 8 N / m 3 or less.

There is a possibility that the generation of sound is obstructed.
- the degree of restraint of the intervening layer 40 in an appropriate range, expansion and contraction in the in-plane direction of the piezoelectric film 35 is appropriately converted to deformation in the thickness direction, and the piezoelectric film 35 bends as a whole as a whole. - a microphone 501 In the evaluation system shown in FIG. 8, a microphone 501, an acoustic evaluation device (PULSE) 502, and an acoustic evaluation PC 503 are connected in this order.
- PULSE acoustic evaluation device
- the characteristic of the piezoelectric speaker 10 is not the local support structure of the piezoelectric film 35 but the characteristic of the layer 40 supporting the piezoelectric film 35, specifically, the “degree of restraint”. I understand that there is.
- the piezoelectric film 35 is not supported at a specific portion, and the portion up to the peripheral portion may vibrate vertically.
- the piezoelectric film 35 can also vibrate up and down in its entirety. Therefore, as compared with the piezoelectric speaker 108, the piezoelectric speaker 10 has a high degree of freedom of vibration, which is relatively advantageous for realizing good sounding characteristics.
