Abstract
L'invention concerne un kit de génotypage d'allèle HLA comprenant : un ensemble d'amorces permettant l'amplification spécifique d'un allèle HLA pour un ou plusieurs gènes sélectionnés parmi HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-DRB1, HLA-C, HLA-DQB1 et HLA-DQA1 par amplification en chaîne par polymérase en temps réel ; et une sonde capable d'explorer le produit amplifié par l'amplification en chaîne par polymérase en temps réel, et un procédé de détermination d'un allèle HLA l'utilisant.
