- the first inclined surface 162 is inclined downward from the pressing surface 135 of the other sealing jig 130 and the protruding prevention guide protrusion 150 may be formed at corresponding positions of the first inclined surface 152.
- the first inclined surface 162 is formed in the pouch case 50 in the vertical direction of the pouch case 50 of the battery cell 1 when the pouch case 50 of the pair of sealing jigs 110, 52 so as to have a depth not exceeding the bottom portion thereof.
- the pouch terrace 56 may protrude outward from the bottom of the pouch body 52 in the vertical direction of the pouch case 50 after the pouch case 50 is sealed.
- the second inclined surface 164 is inclined upward from the first inclined surface 162 and is inclined upward from the second inclined surface of the protruding prevention guide protrusion 150 in the vertical direction of the other sealing jig 130 154, respectively.
- the second inclined surface 164 may be longer than the first inclined surface 162 to secure a bending space.
- the second inclined surface 164 may protrude to a height not exceeding the upper portion of the pouch body 52 in the vertical direction of the pouch case 50 of the battery cell 1.
- the pouch terrace 56 may protrude outside the upper portion of the pouch body 52 in the vertical direction of the pouch case 50 after the pouch case 50 is sealed.
- the guide surface 166 extends from the second inclined surface 164 along the horizontal direction of the one of the sealing jigs 110 and corresponds to the corresponding one of the guide surfaces 156 of the non- As shown in FIG.
- the guide surface 166 of the protrusion prevention guide protrusion 150 It is possible to prevent the pouch terrace 56 from protruding to the outside of the upper portion of the pouch body 52 together with the guide surface 156.
- the guide surface 166 may be formed with the guide surface 156 of the protrusion preventing guide protrusion 150 so that when the pouch terrace 56 comes out of the second inclined surface 145, It is further possible to prevent the casing 50 from projecting out of the pouch body 52 in the horizontal direction.
- Figs. 6 and 7 are views for explaining a terrace projection preventing unit according to various embodiments of the pouch case sealing apparatus of Fig.
- the terrace protrusion preventing units 180 and 185 may include a protrusion preventing guide protrusion 180 and a protrusion preventing guide groove 185.
- the protrusion preventing guide protrusion 180 and the protrusion preventing guide groove 185 may be formed in a rectangular shape unlike the previous embodiment.
- the terrace projection preventing units 190 and 195 may include a protrusion preventing guide protrusion 190 and a protrusion preventing guide groove 195, respectively.
- the protrusion preventing guide protrusion 190 and the protrusion preventing guide groove 195 may be formed in a semicircular shape unlike the previous embodiment.
- the shape of the terrace protrusion preventing unit may be a triangular, square, or semicircular shape as long as it can prevent the pouch terrace 56 from protruding from the pouch case 50.
- the present invention is not limited to this shape, and other shapes that can prevent the pouch terrace 56 from protruding, for example, a trapezoidal shape and the like may be possible.
- FIGS. 8 to 12 are views for explaining the operation of the pouch case sealing apparatus of FIG.
- the pouch case sealing apparatus 100 includes a pair of sealing jigs 110 and 130 for sealing the pouch case 50 of the battery cell 1, The terrace 56 can be pressed.
- the terrace protrusion preventing unit 150, 160 may bend the end portion of the pouch terrace 56. Accordingly, the end of the pouch terrace 56 may be disposed so as not to extend beyond the end of the pouch body 52 in the horizontal direction of the pouch case 50. Specifically, the end of the pouch terrace 56 is folded along the non-sealing surface side of the pouch body 52 where the pouch body 52 is not sealed, (D) further than the non-sealing surface of the pouch body 52 in the horizontal direction of the pouch body 52 (left side in the figure).
- the pouch case sealing apparatus 100 prevents the protrusion of the end portion of the pouch terrace 56 toward the non-sealing surface side when the pouch case 50 of the battery cell 1 is sealed. can do.
- the pouch case sealing apparatus 100 can remarkably increase the energy density of the battery cell 1 because a dead space due to the conventional protruding bur is not formed.
- the pouch case sealing apparatus 100 does not cause interference or the like between neighboring components or the like which may be caused by the conventional protruding burr, the assembly efficiency of the battery cell 1 , Can also be significantly increased.
