Abstract
La présente invention réalise un procédé de fabrication de polyamide qui permet de fabriquer facilement et en continu des polyamides. Les Polyamides sont fabriqués en fournissant en continu une composition de matière première à partir d'un orifice d'alimentation (2) d'un dispositif de réaction continue ayant un seul cylindre (1), et en déchargeant en continu un produit à partir d'un orifice de décharge (3). Dans le cylindre (1), la composition de matière première, qui est à l'état liquide et contient un composé de lactame, est agitée à pression atmosphérique et transportée, et à ce stade, le composé de lactame subit une polymérisation par ouverture de cycle, générant ainsi des polyamides solides.
