- a multi-layer sports pants which has a skin contact layer and a Hautkontaklage covering layer, which is definable as a weather protection layer, in the form of an outer skin.
- a weather protection layer which is definable as a weather protection layer, in the form of an outer skin.
- the skin contact layer is essentially below the vents, protecting the wearer's skin and preventing the vents from opening.
- This solution allows a local air flow at the locations of the majority of the ventilation openings.
- the skin contact layer rests directly on the skin at the locations of the vents and air can only pass through the vents to the exposed locations below the vents.
- Such sports pants lead only to a low cooling effect, although the area of the ventilation openings is relatively large. Accordingly, there is a risk that moisture can penetrate through the ventilation holes.
- EP3178336 shows a sports pants made of a basic textile as the main part, wherein ventilation openings are provided in the front sections of the sports pants. These vents penetrate most of the sports pants in a region along the thigh from a hip side to the knee side.
- the shapes of the ventilation openings can be varied, in which case the largest possible cross-sectional area is selected.
- the vents are designed as recesses that lead through the main body of the sports pants. These recesses extend to a pocket in the sports pants at the hip.
- an air-permeable material is arranged, covering the main part, wherein a network is preferably selected.
- a cover flap is to be arranged.
- the present invention has for its object to provide an air-conditioned sports pants with a close-fitting skin contact layer, which has an additional weather protection, which supports the climatic effect of close-fitting skin contact layer and protects from the weather, resulting in an overall improved air-conditioned sports pants.

- an air-conditioned sports pants as multi-layered sports pants, at least two-ply sports pants for endurance sports, for example, jogging and skating, especially for winter sports activities such as cross-country presented, which includes a closely as possible on the skin of a wearer directly resting skin contact layer 1.
- the skin contact layer 1 is preferably a knitted fabric and particularly preferably formed from knitted fabric or a knit textile and rests directly on the skin of a wearer.
- a seamless knit which is produced for example as a circular knit by means of a circular knitting machine shown. Even if the seamless knit are still sewn, here is meant a seamless knit.
- Knitted fabric has the advantage that as flexible a knitted textile is formed, which optimally conforms to the skin of the wearer and comes into contact with it. By eliminating (too much) seams, the skin is less irritated and it creates a comfortable fit.
- the knitted textile is designed knitted from at least one knitting yarn. Due to the use of different knit structures and high-tech knitting technologies here is a flexible close fitting skin contact layer 1 achievable, which provides sufficient support and good climate comfort.
- the skin contact layer 1 passes from a contact layer collar 10 via a thigh section 11, a knee section 12 into a lower leg section 13.
- a buttocks section 14 and a popliteal section 15 are formed on the corresponding heights.
- the knitting patterns, number of knitted or knitting yarns, density of the stitches and / or material and thickness of the knitting yarn are chosen as appropriate.
- climate zones and / or compression zones can be formed on the air-conditioned sports pants, which improve the wearing comfort and increase the performance of the wearer during exercise.
- a seamless knit is provided, which on the one hand distributes the sweat on the thigh and partially holds it on the skin of the wearer, whereby the sweat can be evaporated directly at the site of this important muscle group with great cooling effect.
- additional compression means may be formed, which have substantially a ribbed structure of a basic knit with projecting textile ribs.
- the textile ribs are arranged on the side facing the wearer's skin projecting from the base fabric.
- the textile ribs are formed by a suitable knitting, wherein the projecting ends of the textile ribs are spaced by several knitting yarn thicknesses from the base knit. Knitting patterns or knitting patterns, by means of which a skin contact layer 1 with a ribbed structure of basic knitted fabric and a plurality of textile ribs can be created, are known to the person skilled in the art.
- Such a knit fabric having a ribbed structure with the plurality of textile ribs known as "seamless” has a high extensibility, depending on the knitting pattern, of at least 40% to 100% in at least one direction of extension.
- Unsed materials for the skin contact layer 1 are polyester, polyamide, polyacrylic , Polypropylene, polyurethane and yarn blends of these materials.
- a moisture-permeable net knit is arranged here, which facilitates vaporization of the sweat in the popliteal region 15 or directs the sweat outwards, without restricting the mobility of the knee of the wearer.
- pads In the lower leg section 13 at the level of the calves of the wearer here pads (pads called) are arranged, which serve for heat insulation and thickened knitted areas. Knitting patterns are to be selected which lead to the formation of ribs on the side of the upholstery facing the skin, thereby forming channels in which warm air close to the body is stored. Thus, a cooling of the calf area can be prevented by the pad.
- pads can also be achieved by suitable knitting pattern or a suitable loop formation.
- weather protection is provided by a weather protection layer 2, but which does not interfere with the conditioning effect of the skin contact layer 1 or the air conditioning effect is still supported, as will be described below with reference to FIG 2.
- the weather protection layer 2 introduced here is designed with smaller dimensions than the skin contact layer 1 and is in the thigh area of the skin contact layer 1, the skin contact layer 1 partially overlap. Accordingly, the skin contact layer 1 is always partially visible.
- the weather protection layer 2 is shaped such that it extends below the contact layer collar 10, the thigh section 11 concealing to the knee section 12. From a collar end 20 to a knee end 21, the weather protection layer 2 covers the thigh portion 11 of the skin contact layer 1 in the course of its longitudinal axis L.
- the weather protection layer 2 is on the side facing away from the skin Skin contact layer 1 is arranged and fastened to a few fastening sections 24.
- the attachment of the weather protection layer 2 takes place with suitable fastening means along the side edges 23, which extend approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis L of the weather protection layer 2.
- the weather protection layer 2 is attached in sections along the side edges 23 at least selectively in some attachment portions 24 to the skin contact layer 1.
- the attachment portions 24 are laterally distributed in the course of the thigh portion 11 on the skin contact layer 1, when worn on the inner thigh side and the thigh outer side of the thigh of a wearer.
- the attachment is made by sewing or gluing the weather protection layer 2 on the skin contact layer 1 at the attachment portions 24.
- the attachment can be done by means indicated in Figure 2 tabs.
- the weather protection layer 2 can perform a relative movement to the skin contact layer 1 during movement of the legs of the wearer. Therefore, along the side edges 23 unpaved sections of the weather protection layer 2 to create. In these unpaved sections, the weather protection layer 2 can stand out from the skin contact layer 1, so that an air circulation is achieved in the leg movement of the wearer. In the unpaved sections, the weather protection layer 2 lies loosely on the skin contact layer 1.
- the weather protection layer 2 should be attached only partially at the knee end 21 on the knee section 12 of the skin contact layer 1 at the knee end 21.
- the weather protection layer 2 serves here as an outer clothing layer which covers the skin contact layer 1 incompletely and / or is attached only in sections along the side edges 23, so that the unsecured sections are left.
