Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態では、要配慮者P1(ユーザ)を支援するために、支援システム20を用いる。例えば、要配慮者P1は、障害、老齢や怪我等で身体が不自由な人、妊婦やベビーカーの使用者や幼児連れ、外国人等の社会的・環境的弱者等、支援が必要な者を含むがこれらに限定されない。そして、例えば、支援システム20は、要配慮者P1について、接近物に向かって配慮要請を送信する。ここで、接近物について説明する。(1)接近物自体は静止していてもよく、例えば、要配慮者自身又は要配慮者の乗車する移動体が移動することにより、要配慮者に「接近していく物」が接近物に含まれ得る。(2)要配慮者自身等が静止していてもよく、要配慮者に向かって移動することによって「接近してくる物」が接近物に含まれ得る。(3)要配慮者自身等と接近物との両方が移動することによって要配慮者に「接近している物」が接近物に含まれ得る。
エリア特定部22は、要配慮者P1の所在地及び移動状況に基づいて、影響エリアa1を特定する処理を実行する。ここで、影響エリアa1は、要配慮者P1の動線と、人や車両等の接近物の動線とが交差する可能性がある領域である。ここでは、移動している接近物が、静止している要配慮者P1に接近する場合もあれば、移動している要配慮者P1が静止している接近物に接近する場合もある。また、上述したように、要配慮者P1と接近物の双方が移動していて互いに接近する場合もある。また、要配慮者P1は自ら移動する場合もあれば、要配慮者P1を乗せた移動体が移動する場合もある。そして、エリア特定部22は、要配慮者P1の動線及び/又は、接近物の動線が含まれ得る領域を特定することにより、影響エリアa1を特定する。
次に、図2を用いて、支援システム20の処理手順の概要を説明する。
まず、支援システム20の所在特定部21は、要配慮者の検知処理を実行する(ステップS1-1)。具体的には、所在特定部21は、センサ10を用いて要配慮者P1の所在地及び移動状況を特定する。
次に、図3~図5を用いて、一実施例に係る、要配慮者P1が鉄道(公共交通機関)を利用する場合に実行される処理手順を説明する。ここでは、要配慮者P1が、乗車駅から列車を利用する場合を想定する。
また、駅の利用者は、携帯端末16を所持している場合を想定する。なお、以下では、要配慮者P1との距離が近くなる者を「接近者」と呼ぶ。
(要配慮者P1が駅構内を移動する時に実行される支援処理)
図2及び図3を用いて、要配慮者P1が駅構内を移動する場合に実行される支援処理を説明する。
図4を用いて、要配慮者P1がプラットホームで待機する場合に実行される支援処理を説明する。
図5を用いて、プラットホームで待機していた要配慮者P1が列車に乗車し、移動する場合に実行される支援処理を説明する。
更に、通知部23は、監視カメラ31の撮影画像や通信装置32を用いて、影響エリアa6内の接近者P14及び影響エリアa6に接近する接近者P15を特定し、この接近者P15の携帯端末16を出力部15として特定する。
(1)支援システム20は、要配慮者の検知処理(ステップS1-1)、影響エリアの特定処理(ステップS1-2)を実行する。これにより、要配慮者の所在地や移動状況に応じて、配慮や支援が必要な領域を特定することができる。
(5)要配慮者P1がプラットホームで待機している時に実行される支援処理においては、運行スケジュールを用いて、要配慮者P1が所在する駅に接近する列車を特定し、車両内のディスプレイ56にメッセージを出力する。これにより、列車の乗車者に対して、停車駅に所在する要配慮者P1のための配慮要請を行なうことができる。
・上記実施形態では、要配慮者P1が移動体である列車を利用している時に実行される支援処理の実施例を説明した。支援処理は、要配慮者P1が列車を利用している時以外にも実行されてよい。例えば、移動体は、ビル内のエレベータ等であってもよい。
図6を用いて、エレベータの出発階に所在する要配慮者P1を支援する場合を説明する。ビル内の各階には、監視カメラ42が設けられている。更に、エレベータのかご60内には、監視カメラ43が設けられている。また、ビル内に設置されている通信装置32を用いて、要配慮者P1や接近者を特定したり、携帯端末16にメッセージを出力したりしてもよい。エレベータのかご60の扉近傍には、ディスプレイ61が設けられている。また、出発階には、乗場ドア62の近傍にもディスプレイ63が設けられている。
そして、支援システム20のエリア特定部22は、監視カメラ42の撮影画像に基づいて、要配慮者P1の動線を特定し、この動線に基づいて、影響エリアa11を特定する。
次に、通知部23は、特定した出力部15に対して、要配慮者P1のための配慮要請を送信する。
支援システム20の所在特定部21は、フロア内の監視カメラ42により要配慮者P1を検知し、エリア特定部22は、この乗場ドア62の近傍を影響エリアa12として特定する。更に、エリア特定部22は、エレベータの制御装置から、出発階で停止するかご60の情報を取得し、このかご60内も影響エリアa13として特定する。
次に、図8を用いて、要配慮者P1がエレベータのかご60内に所在する場合を説明する。
次に、支援システム20のエリア特定部22は、エレベータ管理システムから、このかご60の次の停止階に関する情報を取得する。そして、エリア特定部22は、この停止階の乗場ドア62の近傍を影響エリアa14として特定する。
・上記実施形態では、交通機関の施設内にいる要配慮者P1を支援するために実行される支援処理の実施例を説明した。支援処理は、施設内にいる要配慮者P1を支援する構成に限定されるものではない。例えば、支援処理は、施設外にいる要配慮者P1を支援するために実行されてもよい。
そして、支援システム20の通知部23は、影響エリアa20に動線が重なり、交差する可能性がある接近者P31,P32の携帯端末16を特定する。
・上記実施形態では、支援システム20は、所在特定部21、エリア特定部22、通知部23を備えている。支援システム20のハードウェア構成は、一体の構成に限定されるものではない。例えば、各機能部を複数の装置に分散して設けてもよい。
Claims (9)
- 要配慮者の所在位置を特定するように構成された所在特定部と、
前記要配慮者の動線と、前記要配慮者に接近する接近物の動線とが交差する可能性がある影響エリアを特定するように構成されたエリア特定部と、
前記影響エリアに存在する出力部に対して配慮要請を出力するように構成された通知部と
を備える支援システム。 - 前記要配慮者の移動に応じて、前記影響エリアに含まれる接近物を特定するように構成されている請求項1に記載の支援システム。
- 前記影響エリアに含まれるように接近している接近物を特定するように構成されている請求項1又は2に記載の支援システム。
- 前記要配慮者が乗車すべき移動体における前記要配慮者の乗車位置を特定することと、
前記乗車位置に応じて、前記影響エリアを特定することと、を行うように構成されている請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の支援システム。 - 前記要配慮者が移動体を待機する位置である待機位置を特定することと、
前記待機位置に応じて、影響エリアを特定することと、を行うように構成されている請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の支援システム。 - 前記要配慮者が乗車する移動体を、前記移動体の運行スケジュールを用いて特定するように構成されている請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の支援システム。
- 前記要配慮者が乗車している移動体における前記要配慮者の乗車位置を特定するように構成され、
前記影響エリアは前記移動体が停止するときに前記乗車位置に対応する場所を含み、
前記乗車位置に対応する場所に関連する出力部に、前記要配慮者の配慮要請を出力するようにさらに構成されている請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の支援システム。 - 前記要配慮者の周囲状況を取得することと、
前記周囲状況に基づいて配慮要請を出力することと、を行うように構成されている請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の支援システム。 - 所在特定部、エリア特定部、通知部を備えた支援システムを用いて、配慮を要するユーザへの協力を支援する方法であって、
前記所在特定部が、要配慮者の所在位置を特定することと、
前記エリア特定部が、前記要配慮者の動線と、前記要配慮者に接近する接近物の動線とが交差する可能性がある影響エリアを特定することと、
前記通知部が、前記影響エリアに存在する出力部に対して配慮要請を出力することと、を含む支援方法。
