L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande manuelle (1) permettant une commande manuelle d'un verrou de fenêtre, comprenant une poignée (2) comportant une partie de préhension (8) et un col axialement creux (7), une douille rotative (5) permettant la rotation de la poignée (2) qui s'étend sur l'étendue axiale du col (7) de la poignée (2), un bloc de fixation (3) permettant de fixer la poignée (2) à un profil de la fenêtre possédant un trou de prise circulaire (6) permettant la prise de la douille (5), et une broche carrée (4) permettant d'activer le verrou en prise dans la cavité axiale (9) du col (7) de la poignée (2), la douille (5) logeant en son sein au moins une bague de friction (10) affichant un couplage de forme avec la broche carrée (4) permettant la stabilisation et le réglage de la position de prise de la broche carrée (4) dans la cavité axiale (9) du col (7) de la poignée (2).
