- the second conveyer 22 is arranged in a horizontal plane inside the hull 14 and is adapted for being displaced in a horizontal direction via a support system (not shown) from inside the hull 14 to a position partly outside the hull 14 and having a conveying direction substantially perpendicular to the conveying direction of the first conveyer 20.

From fig. 2B it is evident that the first conveyer 20 is protected by the frame 18 from being damaged by the impact of e.g. floating ice, when the vessel is in icy waters.

Abstract
Navire pour débarrasser l'océan de déchets, qui comprend une coque (14) s'étendant entre la proue et la poupe, et délimitant un côté bâbord et un côté tribord, un système de collecte de déchets (16) pour collecter lesdits déchets provenant de l'océan, et un support (24) de système pour supporter le système de collecte de déchets. Le support de système est fixé au navire, et le système de collecte de déchets comprend i) un ensemble transporteur qui comporte un premier transporteur (20) pour transporter les déchets de l'océan sur le navire, ii) un cadre (18) de transporteur supportant le premier transporteur où le cadre de transporteur est relié pivotant au support de système pour faire pivoter le système de collecte de déchets entre un état rétracté et un état étendu. Le système de collecte de déchets est à l'intérieur de la coque lorsque le système de collecte de déchets est dans l'état rétracté, et le système de collecte de déchets est à l'extérieur de la coque lorsque le système de collecte de déchets est dans l'état étendu pendant que l'on débarrasse l'océan de déchets.
