  • the processing unit thereafter identifies the background pixels present on the object area and converts them to pure black colour space pixels.
  • the process of identifying the background pixels comprises the processor scanning and comparing each pixel of the image with b (color space) to determine if the pixel is a background pixel.

  • the processing unit starts identifying the grains in the image which are inside the object area and extracts them from the image as separate objects. This happens easily because all background pixels have been converted to pure black color space, so anything non-pure black remains on the object area is‘grain’..

  • the captured image is further scanned with the help of identified factors l and b (Color Space).
  • Straighting the grains comprises individually extracted grains being further scanned to make them vertically straight.
  • the processing unit is configured to convert the grain image into a vector image and identifies a vertical edge of the grain.
  • the identification of vertical edge includes identifying number of pixels occupied by the grain vertically.
  • the identified number of pixels occupied by the grain vertically is known as grain vertical pixels.
  • the identification of horizontal edge including the number of pixels occupied by the grain horizontally.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'un profil de céréale comprenant la réception d'une pluralité de céréales sur une plaque plane, la plaque comprenant une pluralité de lignes de référence, le balayage de la pluralité de céréales alimentaires reçues sur la plaque plane par un dispositif portatif pour obtenir une image, l'envoi, par le dispositif portatif, de l'image obtenue à un nuage, le traitement par le nuage de l'image obtenue pour générer un profil destiné à la pluralité de céréales alimentaires, le traitement des données obtenues comprenant l'analyse des paramètres en fonction d'une pluralité de points de référence extraits des lignes de référence et la production d'un profil de céréale pour un affichage sur un dispositif, pour permettre à un utilisateur de déterminer un coût associé aux céréales alimentaires.
