请参照图1,是本申请实施例提供的一种智能穿衣镜100的结构示意图,该智能穿衣镜100采用高清晰度的钢化玻璃制成,其厚度大概2mm。在该智能穿衣镜100上的指定位置可进行触摸操作,以对用户的服装进行统一管理,其显示图像清晰,当不进行图像显示时,可用作普通的穿衣镜使用,用户可通过该智能穿衣镜100查看自身的仪容仪表。此外,为了使得用户具有更清晰地查看效果,在该智能穿衣镜100镜体110的四周还设置有LED灯120,在用户把智能穿衣镜100当穿衣镜使用时,可开启该LED灯120以提供灯光效果。容易理解的,该智能穿衣镜100可单独设置,即作为落地镜使用,也可与衣柜一体设置,其具体的设置方式可根据用户安装需求进行设定。
除此之外,该智能穿衣镜100内还设置有服装管理装置130,该智能穿衣镜100可通过服装管理装置130对用户的服装进行综合管理,以实现对用户进行穿衣推荐。具体地,请参照图2,是本申请实施例提供的一种服装管理装置130的功能模块示意图,该服装管理装置130包括摄像头131、存储模块132以及控制模块133。
该摄像头131为智能穿衣镜100上设置的可隐藏的摄像头131,在用户在智能穿衣镜100指定位置进行触摸开启相应功能后,用户可通过手势控制摄像头131拍摄用户面部图像以及用户放置于拍摄区域的服装图片。进而,该摄像头131将采集的用户人脸信息以及服装图片发送至存储模块132进行对应存储。该控制模块133将定期识别存储的服装图片得到每副服装图片的服装款式,并按照服装款式对服装图片进行分类得到分类结果,且该控制模块133还将根据后续用户常用的服装搭配习惯对用户进行服装搭配的建议。
请参照图3,是本申请实施例提供的一种服装管理方法的流程示意图,该服装管理方法与服装管理装置130对应,具体地,该服装管理方法包括:
步骤S110,所述摄像头采集用户人脸信息,并将所述用户人脸信息传输至所述存储模块进行存储。
具体为,当用户在智能穿衣镜100的指定位置触摸开启了智能穿衣镜100后,该摄像头131将首先采集用户的人脸信息,即人脸图片,并将该用户人脸信息传输至存储模块132进行存储。如若这个智能穿衣镜100为单人使用,则只需采集这个人的人脸信息即可,若这个智能穿衣镜100为一家人一起使用,则将分别采集一家人的人脸信息。
步骤S120,所述摄像头还采集用户放置于所述智能穿衣镜的摄像头采集区域内的服装图片,并将采集的服装图片传输至所述存储模块,与同一用户人脸信息进行对应存储。
即是说,当用户需将新的衣服放置于衣柜中时,可将该衣服放置于摄像头131的采集区域内,该摄像头131将采集该服装图片,并把该服装图片发送至存储模块132,该存储模块132将把该服装图片和用户人脸信息进行对应存储。容易理解的,若该智能穿衣镜100为一家人共用时,此时,需用户各自采集自己的服装图片和人脸信息,使得存储模块132能将对应于同一用户的人脸信息和服装图片进行同时存储。较优地,该摄像头131在对衣服进行服装图片采集时,也将同时采集用户的人脸信息,在存储服装图片时,将用户的人脸信息与之前采集的人脸信息进行匹配,使得后续采集的服装图片可以对应于正确的用户。
步骤S130,当所述摄像头采集用户放置于所述智能穿衣镜的摄像头采集区域内的服装图片时,所述触摸屏响应用户的操作录入对应于所述服装图片的基本信息,所述基本信息包括服装款式、购买日期、价格、用户喜爱程度。
亦即是说,当摄像头131采集用户放置于采集区域内的服装图片后,用户也可同时在智能穿衣镜100上的指定位置录入对应于该服装图片的基本信息,该基本信息包括服装款式、购买日期、服装价格、用户喜爱程度等。进而,对用户的服装进行综合信息的维护,使得用户日后还能查找到每件服装的详细记录,提高了用户体验感。
步骤S140,所述控制模块定期识别所述存储模块内的所有服装图片得到每幅服装图片的服装款式,并按照服装款式对所有服装图片进行分类得到分类结果。
具体为,该智能穿衣镜100还与服务器连接,该服务器定期发送不同服装款式的图片至智能穿衣镜100。因此,该智能穿衣镜100的控制模块133可识别存储模块132内存储的服装图片的服装款式,并根据服装款式将存储模块132存储的所有服装图片进行分类,进而用户可根据不同的服装款式进 行快速选择,提高了用户体验感。该服装款式包括工作服、休闲服、商务服、居家服等。
步骤S150,所述摄像头采集用户每次根据所述分类结果选取的服装搭配图片,并将所述服装搭配图片传输至所述存储模块进行存储。
即是说,用户可根据不同的服装分类选取自己喜欢的搭配,同时当用户站立于智能穿衣镜100前时,该摄像头131将采集用户选取的服装搭配图片,并将该服装搭配图片传输至存储模块132进行存储。
步骤S160,所述存储模块在每次存储所述服装搭配图片时,同时从所述天气预报应用程序或户外温度检测装置获取当前环境温度,并将所述环境温度与所述服装搭配图片对应存储。
具体为,该智能穿衣镜100还与天气预报应用程序通信或与户外温度检测装置通信,该天气预报应用程序或户外温度检测装置均可检测当前环境温度。当摄像头100采集用户的服装搭配图片发送至存储模块132时,该存储模块132将从天气预报应用程序或户外温度检测装置获取当前环境温度,并将该当前环境温度与服装搭配图片对应存储,以便于后续智能穿衣镜100可根据环境温度为用户进行合适的穿衣推荐。
步骤S170,所述控制模块根据所述存储模块中存储的所有服装搭配以及当前温度为用户自主进行穿衣推荐。
即是说,该控制模块133将从天气预报应用程序或户外温度检测装置获取当前温度,并将该当前温度与存储模块132中存储的环境温度进行比较,若当前温度与环境温度的差值在预设范围内,则表明在当前温度下,用户适合穿存储模块132中存储的环境温度所对应的用户之前喜好的搭配,进而为用户推荐该环境温度对应的服装搭配,则用户可根据自己的喜好再从推荐搭配中进行选择,以便于快速找到需要穿的服装。
较优地,该控制模块133还将定期统计存储模块132中存储的每种服装搭配图片的数量,该种服装搭配的数量越多,证明用户更加偏好这种搭配,则根据每种服装搭配图片的数量按照从高到低的顺序为每种服装搭配图片设定优先级,进而在为用户推荐服装搭配时,可将优先级较高的服装搭配图片优先推送给用户。
进一步地,该智能穿衣镜100还可与移动设备通信,该移动设备可以为用户的手机,同时,该智能穿衣镜100还可读取移动设备上安装的备忘录和日历。进而,当用户在移动设备上的备忘录或日历上设置有特定日子后,该智能穿衣镜100的存储模块132将能获取到该特定日子,并存储以往用户在该特定日子的服装搭配,进而在该特定日子到来时,将用户的偏好的服装搭配推荐给用户,以增强用户的体验感。
由此可见,本申请实施例提供一种服装管理方法,可对用户的服装进行统一分类管理,并可根据用户平时的穿衣搭配,为用户推荐合适的服装搭配,使得用户不必担忧衣服过多,不便于整理,提高了用户体验感。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的一种服装管理方法、装置及智能穿衣镜,该智能穿衣镜包括摄像头、存储模块以及控制模块。其中,该摄像头采集用户人脸信息,并将用户人脸信息存储至存储模块中,同时,该摄像头还采集用户放置于摄像头采集区域内的服装图片,并将采集的服装图片与同一用户人脸信息对应存储至存储模块中。该控制模块将定期识别存储模块中的服装图片,并按照服装款式对服装图片进行分类得到分类结果,用户将会根据服装分类进行搭配选择,摄像头将采集用户的服装搭配图片并存储至存储模块中。进而,当用户下一次进行服装选择时,控制模块可根据服装搭配图片和当前温度对用户进行穿衣推荐。因此,通过本方案一方面可实现对用户衣柜里面的服装进行统一管理和分类,另一方面可根据用户平时的穿衣习惯对用 户进行穿衣搭配的推荐,提高了用户的体验感。

本发明实施例能一方面可实现对用户衣柜里面的服装进行统一管理和分类,另一方面可根据用户平时的穿衣习惯对用户进行穿衣搭配的推荐,提高了用户的体验感。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种服装管理方法,应用于智能穿衣镜,所述智能穿衣镜包括摄像头、存储模块以及控制模块,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    所述摄像头采集用户人脸信息,并将所述用户人脸信息传输至所述存储模块进行存储;
    所述摄像头还采集用户放置于所述智能穿衣镜的摄像头采集区域内的服装图片,并将采集的服装图片传输至所述存储模块,与同一用户人脸信息进行对应存储;
    所述控制模块定期识别所述存储模块内的所有服装图片得到每幅服装图片的服装款式,并按照服装款式对所有服装图片进行分类得到分类结果;
    所述摄像头采集用户每次根据所述分类结果选取的服装搭配图片,并将所述服装搭配图片传输至所述存储模块进行存储;
    所述控制模块根据所述存储模块中存储的所有服装搭配以及当前温度为用户自主进行穿衣推荐。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述智能穿衣镜与天气预报应用程序或户外温度检测装置通信,所述方法还包括:
    所述存储模块在每次存储所述服装搭配图片时,同时从所述天气预报应用程序或户外温度检测装置获取当前的环境温度,并将所述环境温度与所述服装搭配图片对应存储。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制模块根据所述存储模块中存储的所有服装搭配以及当前温度为用户进行穿衣推荐的步骤包括:
    所述控制模块从所述天气预报应用程序或户外温度检测装置获取当前温度,并依据所述当前温度查找预存储的环境温度,若所述当前温度与预存储的环境温度的差值在预设范围内,则为用户推荐所述预存储的环境温度对 应的服装搭配图片。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述控制模块定期统计所述存储模块存储的每种服装搭配图片的数量,根据每种服装搭配图片的数量按照从高到低的顺序为每种服装搭配图片设定优先级,并将优先级较高的服装搭配图片优先推送至用户。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述智能穿衣镜还与移动设备通信连接,并可读取所述移动设备上安装的备忘录和日历,所述方法还包括:
    所述存储模块获取并存储用户在移动设备上安装的备忘录或日历上设置的特定日子,并存储用户在所述特定日子选择的服装搭配图片,并在当所述特定日子到来之时将用户喜好的服装搭配图片推送至用户。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述智能穿衣镜上的特定区域设置有触摸屏,所述触摸屏可响应用户操作录入信息,所述方法还包括:
    当所述摄像头采集用户放置于所述智能穿衣镜的摄像头采集区域内的服装图片时,所述触摸屏响应用户的操作录入对应于所述服装图片的基本信息,所述基本信息包括服装款式、购买日期、价格、用户喜爱程度。
  7. 一种服装管理装置,应用于智能穿衣镜,其特征在于,所述装置包括摄像头、存储模块以及控制模块,
    所述摄像头被配置成采集用户人脸信息,并将所述用户人脸信息传输至所述存储模块进行存储;
    所述摄像头还被配置成采集用户放置于所述智能穿衣镜的摄像头采集区域内的服装图片,并将采集的服装图片传输至所述存储模块,与同一用户人脸信息进行对应存储;
    所述控制模块配置成定期识别所述存储模块内的所有服装图片得到每 幅服装图片的服装款式,并按照服装款式对所有服装图片进行分类得到分类结果;
    所述摄像头还配置成采集用户每次根据所述分类结果选取的服装搭配图片,并将所述服装搭配图片传输至所述存储模块进行存储;
    所述控制模块配置成根据所述存储模块中存储的所有服装搭配以及当前温度为用户自主进行穿衣推荐。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述智能穿衣镜与天气预报应用程序或户外温度检测装置通信,
    所述存储模块还配置成在每次存储所述服装搭配图片时,同时从所述天气预报应用程序或户外温度检测装置获取当前的环境温度,并将所述环境温度与所述服装搭配图片对应存储。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块配置成从所述天气预报应用程序或户外温度检测装置获取当前温度,并依据所述当前温度查找预存储的环境温度,若所述当前温度与预存储的环境温度的差值在预设范围内,则为用户推荐所述预存储的环境温度对应的服装搭配图片。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块还配置成定期统计所述存储模块存储的每种服装搭配图片的数量,根据每种服装搭配图片的数量按照从高到低的顺序为每种服装搭配图片设定优先级,并将优先级较高的服装搭配图片优先推送至用户。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述智能穿衣镜还与移动设备通信连接,并可读取所述移动设备上安装的备忘录和日历,
    所述存储模块配置成获取并存储用户在移动设备上安装的备忘录或日历上设置的特定日子,并存储用户在所述特定日子选择的服装搭配图片,并在当所述特定日子到来之时将用户喜好的服装搭配图片推送至用户。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述智能穿衣镜上的特定区域设置有触摸屏,所述触摸屏可响应用户操作录入信息,
    当所述摄像头采集用户放置于所述智能穿衣镜的摄像头采集区域内的服装图片时,所述触摸屏配置成响应用户的操作录入对应于所述服装图片的基本信息,所述基本信息包括服装款式、购买日期、价格和用户喜爱程度中的至少一个。
  13. 一种智能穿衣镜,其特征在于,所述智能穿衣镜上安装有服装管理装置,所述服装管理装置包括摄像头、存储模块以及控制模块,
    所述摄像头用于采集用户人脸信息,并将所述用户人脸信息传输至所述存储模块进行存储;
    所述摄像头还配置成采集用户放置于所述智能穿衣镜的摄像头采集区域内的服装图片,并将采集的服装图片传输至所述存储模块,与同一用户人脸信息进行对应存储;
    所述控制模块配置成定期识别所述存储模块内的所有服装图片得到每幅服装图片的服装款式,并按照服装款式对所有服装图片进行分类得到分类结果;
    所述摄像头还配置成采集用户每次根据所述分类结果选取的服装搭配图片,并将所述服装搭配图片传输至所述存储模块进行存储;
    所述控制模块配置成根据所述存储模块中存储的所有服装搭配以及当前温度为用户自主进行穿衣推荐。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的智能穿衣镜,其特征在于,所述智能穿衣镜可响应用户操作录入采集的服装图片的基本信息,且可作为穿衣镜使用。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的智能穿衣镜,其特征在于,所述智能穿衣镜的材质采用钢化玻璃。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的智能穿衣镜,其特征在于,所述智能穿衣镜的镜框处设置有LED灯,在用户使用所述智能穿衣镜时开启,以提供灯光效果。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的智能穿衣镜,其特征在于,所述智能穿衣镜单独作为落地镜使用,或者与衣柜一体设置。
